We were experiencing some issues with our water not getting hot. Omar came out, he was very professional and kind and quickly addressed what the issue was. Omar also gave us a call as he had finished a previous job earlier and offered to stop by sooner which we really appreciated, he also wore a mask at our request and was super polite and thoughtful of our situation. We are actually super happy to have gotten him and we really recommend him!Thanks OMAR!

Tony was fantastic ! He was professional, timely and got the job done after another company was unable to. all of our pipes from our bathroom sink to kitchen sink had clogged up, caused by issues from other units in our condo complex, and he figured out the issue almost instantly. Company 1 (who I won’t name) I called spent about it an 2 hours trying to fix the issue , when I called PIC after company 1 wasn’t able to fix it, PIC and Tony were super helpful and responsive (at 8pm on a Saturday night no less) fixed the issue in under 20 minutes. I would definitely use PIC again.

All of the guys were very friendly, and made sure to point out any leaks or future potential issues with solutions that would be the most affordable. Micheal was very nice and checked all areas for a leak. He didn’t locate the leak in my toilet and referred me to advanced detection who found the toilet valve was leaking. I think Anderson should have found and repaired the leak before I had to pay $240 to have the tank cover lifted to reveal the slow leak. Now I have to pay for another visit by Anderson to make the repairs. This is an expensive mistake by Anderson

Anthony and his partner came out the same day and fixed a huge water leak that was super involved. The water department was out earlier that day, and another plumber, and neither one of them had a clue what was going on. Anthony found the problem straight away, fixed it that same day and just basically stopped a bad leak immediately that was snowballing into a nightmare of a situation. I would have had floor damage, cabinets.. bills upon bills. And stress. But all was avoided thanks to this amazing team of incredibly intelligent, caring and hard working plumbers. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Called Emory for a water heater draining and cleaning service. I never had it cleaned before. I was originally looking to do it myself but glad I had them do it for me. A lot more complicated than just draining the water out. They came, they saw, they pumped...now my water heater is running efficient and ready to go for the fall/winter. I will be calling them again for next year's service. Thanks again guys.
