I called multiple locations and this company was the only one that responded and was able to install our gas dryer. Jose was great to us and was able to get it installed the next day. Highly recommend!

Alex was able to show up within an hour as this was an emergency. He let me know the step by step procedures, and total cost prior to performing services. Excellent work and would not hesitate to contact them again!

Super fast arrival for what we thought was a water leak. Come to find out it was the tenant neglect and they flooded the floor. Great detective work by Aaron! He was helpful, friendly and efficient.

We have been going to Bill Howe for plumbing for a long time. They always give us a reasonable price and perform excellent work. We had Chris help us today and he was exceptional. Efficient and did a thorough job clearing the blocked kitchen drain.

They came at the time that they said they were going to report and they did the job in less than an hour and were gone. I was concerned since I thought they were going to have to cut the cabinet, instead they just drilled three holes big enough for the cable to go through to the other side of cabinet and out the other side of cabinet to where the water connection was connected to the fridge. The copper wire was leaking so they replaced it. I found the cost of repair to be on the high side, however, they did respond to an emergency and completed the job in a smart manner since they did not cut through the cabinets as I was thinking they would have to do. They also contacted a person to come and ensure there wasn't any water damage, and they came out for free.

Great experience! Michael was on time, helpful, efficient, and explained everything he was doing. Will be using Paws again for future plumbing issues!

I scheduled air conditioner tune-up services on Sunday. The customer service immediately scheduled an appointment at my convenience. They removed brush and debris, cleaned the condenser coils, replaced filters, refilled refrigerant, and ensured that the condensate drain was clear. Very satisfied with the promptness and expertise. Fast & inexpensive

We had an emergency plumbing issue at our very fast paced Veterinary hospital and they were able to come out within 2 hours and get us back up and running! Guys were super nice and very professional! Will be using them again for our plumbing needs!

Calvin and Xzavier were awesome, professional, and very kind people. Had a kitchen faucet I couldn’t remove because it was weird. It turns out you had to use a metric allen wrench to remove the faucet. Thank you for a job well done!
