Came out promptly to relieve the immediate problem. then came out on the scheduled appointment to repair lines. the price was several thousand less than we were quoted a year ago by another company. the guys were polite, had the job completed in the quoted time and they cleaned up when finished.

Kyle came out to replace some extremely old water valves so I could have a new washer/dryer installed. He called before arriving, showed up on time and was extremely professional.As a renter getting things fixed can be a pain. They came at the time that they said they were going to report and they did the job in less than an hour and were gone. I was concerned since I thought they were going to have to cut the cabinet, instead they just drilled three holes big enough for the cable to go through to the other side of cabinet and out the other side of cabinet to where the water connection was connected to the fridge. The copper wire was leaking so they replaced it. I found the cost of repair to be on the high side, however, they did respond to an emergency and completed the job in a smart manner since they did not cut through the cabinets as I was thinking they would have to do. They also contacted a person to come and ensure there wasn't any water damage, and they came out for free.

I was clueless about who to call when I suspected a slab leak. Luckily my insurance agent suggested this company. So, I booked 24-hour emergency plumbing services to accurately locate the leak and fix the issue quickly. Their customer service is excellent. The professionals came to assist me in 60 minutes. They gave me an estimate right up front. I was ready with their course of action as it was in my budget. They are absolutely the best!

Our plumber Garrett Joyner was fantastic from beginning to end. The water heater brokethe same day as we were expecting visitors with a little baby, who were vacationing with us for a week. Garrett came in no time, emptied the water heater, gave me options regarding a new one and time to consider the options. I made up my mind by the evening, he came back the next day - which was Halloween!!!!- and had the water running again by 8 o'clock pm. Jonathan scoped out the water locations,: checked for mold, opened area for dry out, installed equipment for dryout, subbed the asbestos testing and drywall removal, returned to check for dryout and remove any laminant and equipment. He was professional, on time, well informed, pleasant, easy to talk to, and trustworthy -- a bright spot amid a difficult experience!

Fuentes is the best in San Diego! I am so lucky that my landlord uses Fuentes for our apartment complex. In the last two years they have come by 2-3 times and each time they are 1) right on time 2) so considerate and 3) great at their jobs. If all plumbers were like Exodus San Diego would be a much better place to live! They work on Saturday too when you usually find you need them. They give quotes they stick with and they remember your requests.

Ascend came out and performed a sewer scope and locate for us. They were fast, professional and tidy. I would highly recommend them, and I will use them again for any plumbing work I need.

We needed to hook up our dishwasher, our fridge's icemaker, and install new water supply lines as well. We called Almco for a second opinion and both Danial & Jorge were incredibly friendly, professional and communicative from start to finish! Kitchen sink and laundry drain to main line were slow. I called Rooter Solutions SD and they said a technician would be out within 1-2 hours. Alberto, the technician called me within 45 minutes and was promptly here a short time later. He showed up, listened to my problem and then proceeded to go to work. Half way through he stopped to clean up as to manage the overall mess. He worked at it until the problem was resolved. (Thanks again Alberto!) I'm definitely going to use them should I need to. They were able to arrive same-day, when other companies were a day out. Roberto, the tech was very professional and friendly. He was able to cut through some fine roots in the main line to septic tank connection. I’m running copper sulfate for now, to kill remaining roots, and will repair later.
