Here is my original post from some years back - The best plumbing company! I would not call anyone else. The owners Don and Grant are just so kind and understanding. I have had three different plumbers come out, over four different jobs. Every time they had superior knowledge, clearly experienced, offered options, & great personalities. A burst pipe was leaking water into our newly renovated foundation. Dion and his team (David, Grayson, James) were on site within hours to fix the leak and ultimately ended up replumbing our entire 100 yr old house. They made it easy to get financing and the work came with a 25 yr warranty.A particular shout-out to Dion. Dion is a very above-board guy who you can tell takes pride in a job done right, and I felt that in the work they did for me. I'd recommend elite rooter for any plumbing work you'd need, and they'll be my first call with any work we may need in the future.

Dave and Chris called to let me know they were on the way and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked rapidly and efficiently to fix 3 faucets that had reduced water flow. Then they replaced the garbage disposal at no cost. I had forgotten that the previous disposal had been purchased earlier this year, but they looked it up and replaced it immediately. That kind of old- fashioned customer service is why we have been Bill Howe customers for more than 20 years.

We are happy to have chosen Paws Plumbing because competent Eric came to install a water softener replacement which proved to be more complex and time-consuming the anticipated. He, nevertheless, maintained his friendly and informative manner. After the long instillation de disposed of the old unit and packaging of the new water softener. The cost was competitive (but more than I expected), but Eric earned every penny (dollar) of the payment to Paws Plumbing. Yes, I would use and recommend Paws Plumbing again.
