Live in a condo & had a leak inside the kitchen wall. The leak damaged the ceiling downstairs. Called Anderson Plumbing, technician James Padgett, and he is so professional. Compared to other plumbers, his knowledge & people skills are excellent. He opened the wall, diagnosed the problem, offered options & estimates, then proceeded to repair everything that needed repaired. The quality of the work is first class & no debris was left behind. I'd rate the service 10 out of 10. Then he came back to install a pressure regulator. Again, extremely friendly & professional. The quality of the work was awesome. My salon plumbing was having some issues, so I googled plumbers in San Diego. I saw that Elite plumbing had great reviews. So I gave them a call. And within 2 hours the business sent out Ramen. He came in to a salon full of women like a super hero. He was kind, professional and funny. He fixed the backed up sinks. Also suggested a few improvements that would help us to avoid having the same problems from reoccurring. After a few more scheduled appointments. Our sinks are working at great. Ramen is trustworthy and has a positive and outstanding work ethic. As a small business owner myself, I totally appreciate. I absolutely recommend Elite Rooters!

Clarence Davis was my technician. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my water leak under my bathroom sink and identified the problem quickly. Michael from Paws had come out before to give us a quote on replacing the shut off valves in our laundry box as well as helped us out with some tips on a few other issues we were having in our unit. We decided to go back to Paws for the actual work to be done and requested Michael be the one to help us out, he was great, professional, and really did a good job breaking down what was being done and any tips or things we can do to help ensure a long term solution for our work. Anthony did an excellent job locating the slab leak quickly. He handled the entire situation efficiently. He discovered the best way to avoid damage and kept the whole area clean. Slab detection staff from EZ is exceptionally courteous and helpful; they even gave tips on how to spot initial signs of a slab leak and how to prevent such issues in future.

I have used American Plumbing Group multiple times and always have a great experience, so when I had a plumbing problem recently, I didn't hesitate to call them again. Their prices are much more affordable in comparison to other quotes that I received from other top companies in my area. I spoke to Ryan, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Garrett came to my house to fix my issue and was so quick and efficient. They made my experience much less stressful! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Having problems with hot/cold water not maintaining the selected mix properly for the duration of the shower. Once desired temperature is selected and the shower runs for a few minutes, the temperature fluctuates from just right to scalding hot, then back and forth between that and drastically cold, back to just right and through the cycle again. It's frightening and for the elderly - jumping out of the range of the stream is a feat hard to capture. The cartridge that performs this magic function was replaced and my shower now delivers the temperature I select for the duration of my shower. (Hallellujah!!)This is a problem I've had over the past 27 years here in my condo. I've had the cartridge replaced at least six, maybe seven times over this period.The plumber I've used all these years can no long service third floor units, so Emory was referred to me and I must say I was thoroughly pleased from the initial phone call to the service rendered by Carlos. And I was able to get this service performed the very next day. Thanks Emory!!

Jorge from Almco Plumbing came right on time with a text and courtesy call. He was able to repair a leak from the bathtub spout and repair all 3 faucets and show us exactly what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! Almco was referred to us by my sister who also used them just last week and they did a great repair job for her leaking toilet. I would absolutely recommend them and would call them again for any repair needs!

They finished the project early and met our expectations for what was a fairly significant undertaking (closure of one line, jackhammer and adding new replacement line, replacing portion of sewer line, adding cleanouts, pouring concrete).
