Great service! They came out fast and did an amazing job fixing my garbage disposal and even talked to through what he was doing step by step! 1,000% would recommend and well call them for future services!

Ask to check 3 faucets for dripping and have been advised just replace the whole faucets, because they can charge you $200 each, easy money. Also when I ask to check the flash toilet, have been advised to change the whole toilet, cost about $1200 then I change the flapper which cost $4 and it has been fixed. Not recommended to anyone to get this expensive not worthy service

I'm, really pleased that I chosen PIC Plumbing Services. All the other plumbing companies that say they're 24 hours, there really not. PIC plumbing responded in a timely manner corrected my shower faucet. Without having to cut a hole in the drywall which saved me money or replace the tub because it was old.I would highly recommend Eric. He identified the problem he was able to correct it. Eric installed a vintage 1927 toilet that was tricky, but he kept at it until it was complete and did a great job.

I had a clog in my bathroom sink. I’ve used “cheaper” plumbers in the past and quite frankly there’s a reason for the ol adage “you get what you pay for”. They were courteous and professional and not only unclogged my bathroom pipe, but addressed the “anti-gravity” plumbing that the builder put in in the 80’s. I plan to use Core plumbing in the future.

We scheduled an estimate for replacement of a water heater late afternoon with My Plumber Plus. As scheduled, the morning of next day, a technician (Manny) arrived and did a quick and to a point estimate with a very reasonable pricing. When asked when he would be available, Manny said he could start right away. I liked his very professional attitude and quick, no nonsense response, that I hired him on a spot - canceling the rest of the estimates that were scheduled to follow. He did a great job, bringing a new unit we earlier agreed, installing it, including gas connection, hood, pipes, and so on, cleaning the work area, and verifying the heater operation. Within a few hours, much less then I expected, everything was done and we have hot water again. I highly recommend My Plumber and their technician, Manny.

Fast service on a Saturday. I broke an outdoor pipe and had to shut off the water at the street. We needed it fixed same day so we could have water again. It was all old diy pipe on a hillside and now it is done correctly and would be a lot harder to accidentally break. Thanks!

Mauricio was very professional and straight forward. He told me the inexpensive way first and if that didn’t work, then it would be the full price.
He showed me what the problem was and when he was done it looked like I had a brand new toilet!

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.

Victor was amazing! My fiancé and I got into a project that went wrong fast! We tried to replace a shower handle and the cartridge broke and got stuck! This happened at 8pm on Saturday night. I contacted Victor and he came over quickly and fixed it! He was able to remove the cartridge and hw did not try to upsell me! (Unlike the other 2 plumbers I spoke to) He was honest, nice, friendly and super funny. I would totally recommend him!!

Jorge was my service person. I DO NOT have enough good things to say about him and the company.He knew right away what the problem(s) were, and quickly got my kitchen sink draining again.He was polite, knowledgeable and gave me several “tips” re: keeping my drains cleaner.
