So I had a clog in my main drain and called out discount plumbing. He went to work but could not unclog the pipes. He said i would still be charged the $400 for his time and that it would cost x amount to do this and that and blah blah. I said OK if I pay that though is there any guarantee that you guys will fix the problem, and he said no that they were just keep trying but still charge me more. As far as discount being in their name, this company is by far the most expensive company I got a hold of. I got multiple quotes from multiple different companies and they or double if not triple the amount of other plumbing companies. Do your research don’t use this company, they are a rip off and just in it to take your money. So many better companies out there that will get the job done for a quarter of the price and actually fix the problem.

Very positive experience. Pablo contacted me at to say he'd be here shortly and showed up in 20 mins. He worked for an hour and unplugged our clogged drain expertly, not giving up until the job was done.He was professional and personable. If I need further plumbing work they'll be the first call.

Ricky & Greg checked thoroughly for a leak in the wall, upstairs and down, due to a bubble in my ceiling. They also checked on my aging water heater and were able to do the installation, and were friendly, and helpful with bringing things up to code and explaining what needed to be done. Would definitely use Core Plumbing again and recommend them.Today Tony did a water leak investigation and analysis of my situation. He helped get my water back on and let me know how I could operate until the situation gets resolved. Tony worked hard trying to figure out what was going on and how to “apply the bandaid” so I could exist. He used his problem solving skills and got me back up and working, without leaks!!! Thanks Tony, appreciate all your help.

My kitchen sink was stopped up. My appointment was at 11, or earlier if something became available. Josh arrived about 8:45 following a text he was on his way. Hooray!! Josh was perfectly pleasant and professional. He did a great job of snaking the drain, keeping everything neat. He made recommendations for preventing the nasty grease buildup in the future. Absolutely recommend him and Bill Howe Plumbing.

Called this morning told them I had a shower that would not drain. Schedule appointment between 2-4. Nathan showed up 3:30ish, led him inside to the bathroom where the shower was located. He turned the water on, barely, for 10 sec, shut it off and then said to me, the $89 special will not cover this. Guess what, I never mentioned any special (had a coupon but he didn't know that) or any price. It's the old bait and switch, comes in, does nothing, and tells you it will cost more. Nathan looks like he doesn't like to get dirty even though he told me all sorts of mumble jumble. Called another guy, came over, snakes my drain from the roof, $49. Unless Nathan is the exception to the norm I would never use this service ever. Coupon's a scam.

Used this company's services twice in 2:weeks. I'm sure the technician recognized me, but was kind enough not to point it out. He was completely professional and accommodating both times. Expensive, but very reasonable when compared to other companies.

It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to bring exactly what was needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in the bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the existing granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem in turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shutoff valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.

Franco , the owner, was the most helpful and knowledgeable and responsive plumber we’ve ever encountered! His knowledge of hydronic radiant floor heat was a lifesaver! His Plumbers that did the work were great and very experienced. An excellent experience from what could have been a nightmare.

Brett and his team was fantastic. They kept us in the loop, worked quickly and did everything they could to help explain to us what was going on and fix the problem quickly. I was so frustrated with our outcome but Brett put our minds at ease and reassured us we were doing the correct procedure. We were so happy with his and his teams work, we couldn't possibly appreciate them more. They were responsive and easy to talk too. And dumbed down questions for even me to understand while my husband was at work.

Really professional, on time both times I have used them. He explain everything that he was going to be doing, answer all my questions and clean up everything after he finished I will totally recommend using them , he is very knowledgeable , and he answer very quickly.

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.

It was the first time I found myself in the need of a plumbing repair, so I didn't really know what to expect. After Isai and his team arrived and I explained my issue, they immediately knew were to look and Isai gave me a very detailed/technical explanation on what was going to be needed and the reasons for it. What I liked the most is that he made me feel very confident on the cost and work to be done. The results were great and would definitely recommend without a doubt!
