I called to have my toilet valve fixed and an air gap installed. They were very professional and did good work. I reccomend using this company and I would use them in the future if I have future plumbing issues.

Had a leak at the road to house BAD PIPE, connection. Older construction using blue pipe from the original 1980s. Core Plumbing came out and fixed the pipe from driveway to house. used PEX type of pipe, better then copper and stronger. also fixed hose spicket at side of house, installed better valves. took 2 .5 days, but did so quickly and professionally, a lot of digging in that old mira mesa bedrock ground. price quoted is what was overall price.Just want to say thanks Core Plumbing for being quick, professional and cost saving.

the cover plate for shower handle needed sealant as tenant had mistreated shower wand and was spraying backward toward wall and flooding below. Sealed cover plate and replaced shower wand with new one provided. Discovered and fixed problem in less than an hour! Super nice guys and very professional. Love the slogan and they love dogs too! Very happy with My Plumber! I had water coming from my refrigerator, and I wasn't able to pull out the unit on my own to turn off the water, due to the size and tight fit. I called My Plumber, and they sent a service tech out within an hour. Rudy pulled out the refrigerator and was able to diagnose the issue within seconds. Unfortunately it was not a plumbing issue, but a leak internally in the unit, so I was in need of a new one. I asked Rudy how much for the service call and he said nothing, you have enough on your plate. Rudy was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend My Plumber, and I will absolutely call upon this company again, if I should need future service.

Brett and his team was fantastic. They kept us in the loop, worked quickly and did everything they could to help explain to us what was going on and fix the problem quickly. I was so frustrated with our outcome but Brett put our minds at ease and reassured us we were doing the correct procedure. We were so happy with his and his teams work, we couldn't possibly appreciate them more. They were responsive and easy to talk too. And dumbed down questions for even me to understand while my husband was at work.

Throughout the whole process, they would answer any of our questions in a way we could easily understand. They came around in 30 minutes and fixed the faulty pipe that had suddenly come apart. They also had a friendly and positive attitude. I would highly recommend them again.

Our water heater started leaking. Mauricio showed up an hour after we called and was able to provide us same day water heater replacement. Price was fair, especially for a Saturday emergency service. Timing was amazing. There was no disruption of water usage. Thank you!
