My wife and I had a major clog somewhere in our kitchen line out to the main line causing our sink to back up horribly. We called multiple local plumbing services to try to get our issue resolved. Team Rooter responded promptly and sent Alex out to investigate the problem immediately! He worked tenaciously with an industrial grade snake with no positive results. He then gave us several different options on how we could proceed forward, providing thorough explanations of each path. We decided to proceed with hydro jetting, an efficient, less evasive process that made the most sense based on our specific needs. In less than an hour, Alex persevered and was able to unblock whatever was causing the problem. They followed up with an internal camera inspection of our line to ensure there was no additional areas of concern. A Supervisor named Kenny also followed up with us providing even further education on the blockage, their process, and reassurance that the job was done properly. Overall, an outstanding job from the two gentleman that came out (Alex and Kenny). Team Rooter went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations all while guaranteeing their work. I could not have asked for a better outcome and such a timely response to our urgent problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone that has needs that fall within their wheelhouse. Mr. Rooters service professional Luis showed up at my door right on time. Was very professional. And even through it was a tough clog he was able to clear it. I would recommend Mr. Rooter and will be using them for any future problems.

We are happy to have chosen Paws Plumbing because competent Eric came to install a water softener replacement which proved to be more complex and time-consuming the anticipated. He, nevertheless, maintained his friendly and informative manner. After the long instillation de disposed of the old unit and packaging of the new water softener. The cost was competitive (but more than I expected), but Eric earned every penny (dollar) of the payment to Paws Plumbing. Yes, I would use and recommend Paws Plumbing again.

Best experience I could’ve wanted under bad circumstances! My water heater had an emergent, significant leak that needed emergency servicing when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. Jon and Ty really saved the day. They worked very quickly to stop the leaks, remove the old heater and install a high quality new heater. It took them just a few hours from start to finish. They also work with a repair/construction company that is handling the remodeling of drywall and floors for water damage to my house. Everything has been so streamlined and easy. It’s always a surprise when the shower turns cold. Ascend was there within 24 hours, assessed the issue and fixed the pilot light! The price is very reasonable and their technicians know what they’re doing. These guys are great!

We asked Almco to come out and do a sewer inspection on a property we are in the process of buying. Vlad came out right on schedule and did a very thorough inspection that found some issues that the previous homeowner didn't even know about. There was a leak on my garage ceiling. It was easy to book an appointment and Mark was very punctual. He was able to locate the leak and fix a cracked pipe. Mark was professional and honest. He cleaned up afterwards as well! Fees are appropriate. Thanks for the help!
