I was very happy to hear that they could do all the work from the plumbing to the restoration to putting the drywall and cabinets back in. After dealing with this situation before and having to go through multiple companies to resolve everything, I'm happy to work with a company that can handle it from top to bottom.The plumber who did the work, Juan, was friendly and worked until early evening to complete the job. Fuentes is a family business. From the first moment I panicked called to Ruth with sewage water about to spill over my my shallow shower stall, she handled it with professionalism and ensured me that technicians will be out ASAP. Then Pablo and Cesar showed up and took care of one of the shower blockage and as Cesar was showing me the final result he noticed the toilet bubbling up. He knew right away that it was main sewage line problem. We looked for it and he asked if it’s ok to perform since it’s a condo unit and main line involves HOA. As I said yes to him, HOA president showed up at my doorstep and started lecturing. Cesar tried to diffuse the situation and showed him the problem. He agreed to pay for cleaning out the main line to the city sewage line. The whole thing was all done in a couple of hours. I can’t thank them enough. If they didn’t solve it, both units at the bottom would have been flooded with sewage water. They are professional, courteous and have all the right tools. If you need any plumbing or drain help, call Fuentes. You will be happy with the result.

Dean was so quick and helpful! He unclogged my toilet within 5 minutes and gave me a tutorial on proper plunging for future mishaps. I will always call them first for any plumbing issues.
