Die to a recent surgery I am limited to my downstairs powder room. It clogged up and I was n a panic! powers sent out someone the same day and found xed the issue! Lifesavers!!!!

I had work done by David Torres, from Core Plumbing, to correct a leaky shower faucet. The plumbing was over 30 years old, and the faucet stems, outdated. So David replaced a two handle faucet with a single handle faucet, which required opening the wall to the shower, but to my surprise was covered with a plate so there was no having to retile or repair the shower wall, and the result looks like that’s the way it always was. You couldn’t tell there was a repair. And in the process of having this work done we had the pressure regulator replaced as the old one wasn’t working. So, the conclusion is, some substantial work was done quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. Thank you to David Torres, and Core Plumbing.

I booked an appt via the website on Thursday evening for Sat. from 8am-10am. I wasted two hours waiting for them on Sat., on top of waiting two days for an appt. I have had absolutely no response to my messages. Maybe their website is broken and they didn't see my appt, but they don't reply to text messages or phone calls either. They do not deserve even one star! All the reviews were good, which is why I booked the appt in the first place. I wish I had called someone else!!!!

I had an emergency plumbing issue at our rental home. I called at 8:00 am and they were very responsive and said they would be there around 4:00PM. At 3:00 pm their restoration called my renters to come out and assess the damage. We declined because restoration was not necessary because the leak was caught early. 10 minutes after we turned down the restoration we received a call and said their plumber couldn’t make it out today. We could pay and extra $79 on top of the $150 emergency fee since tomorrow is a holiday. This place is a scam. When they couldn’t get my money or my insurance companies money on the restoration then suddenly their plumbers couldn’t make it out.

Ryan with American Plumbing Group provided outstanding service! Ryan is professional, personable, skilled and very efficient. When you encounter a plumbing problem in your home you need help quickly and Ryan was responsive; he answered my call right away and I was able to book an appointment for the next day. Not only did Ryan successfully clear our bathroom drains, but he also replaced a tub cartridge resolving a slow drip. I highly recommend APG and especially Plumber Extraordinaire Ryan!

Gilbert was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about our tricky washer/sink plumbing problem. He was able to solve the issue after troubleshooting our pipe situation. Gave us good tips on maintaining the pipes, thanks again Gilbert!

He (Anthony) answered, diagnosed my problem over FaceTime, helped me stop the leak over FaceTime, and saved me at least $500 in emergency call fees.This plumber is one of the nicest and most honest people I’ve ever met in my life. Received two unsolicited calls in two days. Tried to explain that I didn’t want any service on my home but caller hung up on me mid-sentence. Then, called, “customer service,” who was completely dismissive to me. All I told her was they’re sales reps needed better training. Hanging up on me did not make me want to use their device in the future.

We had an overwhelmingly positive experience today. Very fair prices, great to work with and they really are quick - they installed our replacement heater the same day they gave us the estimate.

So these guys have their main office in Bakersfield,they have one plumber here along with one office girl.They leave the scheduling up to the plumber,I'm not sure what purpose the office girl serves.The guy is an okay plumber but should not be making his own schedule,the impession I get is there are certain jobs he'll do and the ones he doesn't want to do he'll just ignore you until you call someone else. Laughable
