Found your business online. Dispatch was pleasant and courteous. We were able to get same day service and Brandon arrived at the time we were scheduled. Brandon was efficient, explained what our problem was, gave us an estimated quote on the work needed and answered all our questions before beginning to fix our toilet. After work was completed he explained what he had done and made sure we were satisfied with the work done. To date our toilet is working properly and we are very satisfied with Elite Rooter. We will not hesitate to call them again if needed and we will certainly recommend them to others.

Very gracious after I bungled our appointment. Had a bad clog in a rental property at the start of a week-end and my tenants were anxious to have service ASAP. Called several plumbers. Booked Emory for a Monday appointment, but then got a response from a plumber able to respond ASAP, so I went with him.Unfortunately, I completely forgot about having made a Monday appointment with Emory. On the Monday of the scheduled visit, they called to confirm the appointment. Luckily I was able to take the call right away and tell them I already had the service performed and was very sorry I neglected to cancel our appointment.The Emory rep. I spoke with was very gracious which made me feel less like an idiot for failing to cancel the appointment. I understand time is money in a small business and customers who don't keep appointments can be costly and very annoying. I felt terrible about my oversight, but was quite relieved that my error was caught before they arrived for the service and that they were more than professional in the face of my error.Plumbing urgencies can be very stressful: Not only is it important for a plumber to be able to quickly and competently solve the technical problem, good ones understand the anxiety of their customers and can successfully relieve the stress.

Easy 5 star service. Had a water leak on Christmas Eve, an hour after calling this company they sent Chris who was very professional and polite. Chris quickly found the leak, made the repair, cleaned up afterwards and was on his way. I'll will definitely use this company again but hopefully I won't need them anytime soon. Gracias totales!

Honestly, I’m amazed at the dedication EZ Plumbing USA serves with. House construction was going on and we needed plumbers help to fit the underground pipeline. I came across them through their website. We scheduled the meeting. Their plumber arrived and saw the work. He quoted the amount and time which was lower than other plumbers in Orange County. So we agreed. Daily, they would arrive on time and work well with the team.I closely monitored their work and I loved it.
