Great service, prompt, and professional. Set a same-day appointment for an emergency bathroom sink issue. My girlfriend dropped a family heirloom down the sink and we weren't able to get to it with our own tools.Joseph showed up on time for our appointment and made sure we secured the ring. He was very friendly and ran the sink through tests to make sure everything was put back together and good to go. My girlfriend was ecstatic to have her ring, and it was a fair price to pay for emergency professional help.Thanks, Joseph!

Diagnosed the leak problem very quickly. Because the problem was simple , he didn't charge me anything. He also diagnosed 2 other problems quickly and didn't charge me anything for it. He even removed a stuck outdoor hose pipe for free.He was very knowledgeable on all the issues. It would have taken me several hours to figure out and fix things on my own

It was great having the technician that installed my exterior gas line return to hook up my outdoor firepit! David was excellent from the phone call of when he was on his way to trying to work out issues with a faulty lighter on a piece of equipment which I purchased from an online vendor. He wanted to make sure everything was in perfect working condition and cleaned up. I have used Powers plumbing for the last 6 years and regardless of the change in ownership, continue to receive great service and will be calling them for future plumbing/gas line issues.

I had a leak in my shower that started as a small drip and became a steady stream in about a weeks time. So I called Fox Plumbing. I spoke with Nicole in the office. She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule. From the original phone call to my shower being fixed it was 6 hrs. WOW now that is amazing service. Pablo showed up and was amazing, knowledgeable, very polite and fun.
