Josh at PIC plumbing was sent to me from Sears Home Warranty. Sears is the worst service ever, but Josh was beyond professional and courteous and was wonderful about the entire process. He quickly detected the problem and gave me all the details of what he needed to do. He did a quick fix before Sears authorized the job to stop the leak from damaging my walls and floor even further. He always answered my call and came exactly when he said he would. Cassandra at the main office was also very pleasant and kind. I will definitely use PIC plumbing in the future and I highly recommend them! Thank you Josh for your work and patience!

A good plumber is hard to find; a great plumber is a gift! I called these guys based on their reviews, and our leaking water heater. The gentleman said I will call you back in 10 minutes (at 7:30 am). He did and was able to redirect and get his team there 8-9am! Water heater was 10+ years old so they replaced it and it was both appropriately priced and efficient! The team was competent. They had to move our W/D to get access so a tricky job but they recommended the best WH and we were thrilled with how easily we were able to reach them, how quickly they came out and fixed the problem that day, and the very fair pricing! Excellent!

Arturo came on time and was very polite and professional. He caught the reason of the leak very quickly and informed us it was just a loose pipe that just needed to be tightened properly, which he quickly did and didn't charge us for it.

We had a really bad experience with another big name company here in Chula Vista where I just needed a toilet turned off to do some flooring and they tried to rip me off and add on a ton of other services while never even being able to turn our toilet off…Anyways, I will definitely be using Bill Howe from here on out and suggesting them to all my friend & family. John and Tyler came to inspect a water stain on the ceiling that eventually started to leak (slow leak). They inspected, conducted tests to determine source and extent of leak. They were truthful and thorough in their assessment. They gave helpful recommendations. The service fee was just, they cleaned up the work area nicely. I highly recommend their services!

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to bring exactly what was needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in the bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the existing granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem in turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shutoff valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.
