The plumber Jose from Discount Plumbing was on time and very professional. He explained what was involved in installing a new toilet, what the costs would be and what my choices were. He completed the job quickly and left everything in good order.

We had an odd problem and Josue stuck with it and plowed through it. He was nice and diligent. We will need more work and I will contact these folks to do it. A+

Josh at PIC plumbing was sent to me from Sears Home Warranty. Sears is the worst service ever, but Josh was beyond professional and courteous and was wonderful about the entire process. He quickly detected the problem and gave me all the details of what he needed to do. He did a quick fix before Sears authorized the job to stop the leak from damaging my walls and floor even further. He always answered my call and came exactly when he said he would. Cassandra at the main office was also very pleasant and kind. I will definitely use PIC plumbing in the future and I highly recommend them! Thank you Josh for your work and patience!

I was frazzled when my brand new laundry machine began leaking. After the Maytag people came and stated I required a plumber I frantically began calling all the local plumbers. Anderson Plumbing answered quickly, made sure I would get a quick time frame, fixed the issue and made sure I was satisfied! I will be utilizing their company again!

Called about a broken disposal and leaking sink. Appointment was scheduled for the following day. The technician, Juan, called when he was 15 minutes away and arrived promptly. He was super professional and friendly. He was able to fix the issue in less than hour. Amazing service and quality work. We will definitely be using Mr Rooter for all of our future plumbing needs!!

Anthony is the best plumber we have ever hired. There was a leakage in the first-floor bathroom and we could not spot the source. Anthony helped us with all our plumbing issues, he detected the slab leak in no time and fixed it with utmost precision. He even cleaned the entire work area after fixing the slab leak. Rooter Hero left the site without a proper fitting clean out cap. When I used the washer the clean out cap came off the flooded garage.

Our plumber Garrett Joyner was fantastic from beginning to end. The water heater brokethe same day as we were expecting visitors with a little baby, who were vacationing with us for a week. Garrett came in no time, emptied the water heater, gave me options regarding a new one and time to consider the options. I made up my mind by the evening, he came back the next day - which was Halloween!!!!- and had the water running again by 8 o'clock pm. I was in urgent need and wasn’t getting any assistance from the landlord or a couple of other companies (both canceled 30 mins prior to the scheduled appointment). Called Roto-Rooter, knowing I could be spending a pretty-penny due to it being a weekend day, and the young lady heard my issue, empathized with my situation and had someone out here within 90 minutes. Now comes the best part; the Technician. Omar showed up, allowed me to explain the issue and what I thought was the problem (I have zero plumbing experience), he quickly assessed the issue, provided me with a couple options and the price (which was ok considering the issue and time). Throughout the entire process (which lasted less than an hour), Omar throughly explained each step, allowed me to ask questions, look over his shoulder and we shared casual conversation. Omar’s demeanor, professionalism, knowledge and expertise were all top-notch. However, it did not compare to Omar’s cool vibe and personality. A-1 Guy. He is the reason I am writing this review (I do not write reviews for what I often consider, doing your job) and the reason I will talk favorably about Roto-Rooter. Omar did his job and his personality put it over the top. Stay Cool Omar!! (Congrats again on the 2 new little ones)

Best plumbing experience I ever had with a plumbing company in Orange County. EZ Plumbing USA helped me identify the hidden leak in the drain pipe. They detected the source without disturbing the system. Their plumber sensed water pressure and noise then used advanced equipment to finally detect the leak. He fixed the leak after identifying the source and without breaking anything. I admire his expertise and knowledge. I do suggest you take their help!!!!

Did a pretty good job fixing the leak, but some reason there’s little water coming from the shower head and hasn’t fixed the toilet. Job is incomplete.

I NEVER give 5 stars, but I will make an exception for Vic. So much energy, so much knowledge!
