I contacted Discount Plumbing and got a call back from Jose. Even though I decided to go with another company (no fault of Discount Plumbing) I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Jose.

I originally found the company on Yelp and messaged a few times with the owner (who was very responsive). Our tech contacted me and was able to come a few hours early to help unclog our kitchen sink. I booked an appointment and an hour before start time they called to cancel because they do not “service buildings of this nature”. I have a single family home in a residential area and asked them to explain she said they only service residential and commercial buildings, which made no sense as to why they cancelled because I have a residential home. She said they couldn’t elaborate more and now I’m left scrambling to find another plumber for a kitchen leak. They wasted my time. 0 stars.

Cole came and serviced our AC unit. He did an outstanding job. He explained everything he found and we discussed options for minor repairs. When he left we felt he had given us excellent service!!!

I was worried about the price and I got my repairs done for less than $100! My technician was friendly, helpful, quick and super informative. I had the best experience and want to say don't be afraid to call these guys thinking they're too expensive - they're cool people.

Totally waste of time. First, late for one and a half hours. Second, couldn't unplug the sink. The reason is simple: because it is a condo. But still ask me to pay $150 and gave me an estimate to install a clean out for $650. Another plumber we hired right afterwards unplug the sink easily. I will still plan to pay the $150 for appreciation that Mr Rooter did not damage my pipe and sink and thank this company for the lesson.

Same day service with lifetime warranty of service. Prompt, cleaned up everything after work was complete, done in one hour. I would use/recommend this company for future plumbing needs.

The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did everything requested thoroughly and cleaned up the areas. I ended up having 4 upstairs drains cleared of all the hair accumulated. My reasoning for the 4 stars was 2 issues; 1) The cost was frankly astronomical. He did 4 residential drains (1 tub, 1 shower, and 2 bathroom sinks) It cost me $735!!! Seriously. The 2nd reason I'm slightly annoyed is he said it was $110 each additional drain and then charged $150 x 3 for each additional drain. Seriously? $735 (after a $40 coupon) to unclog 4 bathroom drains that took less than 2 hours of work easily. I have a problem with being quoted 1 price and then being charged a different price, that's highly unethical.

2nd time using Emory. On time, very professional, worked quickly and kept everything clean. Very happy with the service
