These guys are easy to work with and prompt. They’re a family owned, very professional company. Jose came out, saw that only a minor tweak on our toilet issue was necessary and gave me a discounted rate because of it. Definitely recommend and will certainly use them again!

Alex was great, he helped unclog the old toilet and install a new one. He even took away the old one for me and ran to Home Depot to grab a part I was missing. Definitely would call this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

As a company, Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air was a breeze to work with. Scheduling was easy and response rate was immediate. 5 stars for the company, but I’m writing this review primarily to give 10 stars to Wesley, my HVAC tech. I purchased an older condo a few years back and have had MANY service repairs from different companies since. Without a doubt, Wesley provided the best customer service out of all of them. Wesley was very thorough in both his repairs and his explanations of his repairs. I ask a lot of questions which can sometimes be annoying, but Wesley never grew impatient with me. In fact, it felt like he enjoyed helping me understand HVAC systems a little better! The service I requested was a temporary solution and he was transparent about what I should expect to have repaired in the future which I appreciate A LOT. Wesley was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and a joy to have in my home. When it comes time to have my AC replaced I WILL be contacting Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air because of Wesley.One last note for those reading: In the past I have had repairmen offer special pricing/considerations in exchange for a positive review. This was not the case here. I am just so grateful for the excellent service I received today! Thank you Wesley & Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air!

Had Dave Redfield from Bill Howe install a new hot water heater for us and on a scale of 1 to 10 - we give Dave a 12!! Installation was in a difficult place and with zero grumbling and a total positive attitude, Dave and an assistant (sorry, forgotten the assistant’s name, but he was equally positive) went to work. Polite, professional & very caring, the installation corrected shortcomings of the previous installation (which was done 11 years prior by a different company). And all done at a fair and good value price. Can’t recommend more highly.

Called this morning told them I had a shower that would not drain. Schedule appointment between 2-4. Nathan showed up 3:30ish, led him inside to the bathroom where the shower was located. He turned the water on, barely, for 10 sec, shut it off and then said to me, the $89 special will not cover this. Guess what, I never mentioned any special (had a coupon but he didn't know that) or any price. It's the old bait and switch, comes in, does nothing, and tells you it will cost more. Nathan looks like he doesn't like to get dirty even though he told me all sorts of mumble jumble. Called another guy, came over, snakes my drain from the roof, $49. Unless Nathan is the exception to the norm I would never use this service ever. Coupon's a scam.

We decided to install a new water heater last month as there were many issues with our old water heater. So, I called All Star Plumbing & Restoration. Chris came within an hour and assessed the old water heater, and explained our options for repair or upgrade, we chose to upgrade. Chris ensured that our new water heater was safe and efficient for our family. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends, neighbors, and family members.

We hired Rooter Hero Plumbing to install a new water heater and had a few issues with their service. First the plumber arrived 4 hours after our scheduled appointment time. They did not provide updates on the arrival time after he missed the appointment and we had to contact them several times and beg for an update on when the plumber would arrive. The second issue is that we asked them in advance of the appointment if the water heater we were planning to purchase would be appropriate and without looking at the specifics they told us it would be “ok”. When they plumber arrived we found out that the water heater required all new plumbing and electrical work and a much higher installation price to make it “ok”. If they had paid attention to the specifics we could have easily purchased a different water heater. Do not rely on Rooter Hero Plumbing for on time service or honest plumbing advice.

Charlie was super friendly and punctual. He fixed my clogged sink efficiently. He charged me a reasonable price, and is now the only plumber I will use in San Diego. #SanDiegoPlumber

Wow! What a fantastic experience! I called Emory and they showed up within 15 minutes. Both Carlos and his partner were extremely polite and courteous. They took care of the problem within minutes, explained the issue, and made sure the bathroom and their work area was spotlessly clean before they left.I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Emory Plumbing. Although I hope not to have any future plumbing issues, if I ever do I will not hesitate to contact Emory.

We contacted Colepepper Plumbing on Saturday evening and they were able to confirm an appointment for Saturday morning to diagnose a couple of drains that we backing up. The company assigned the job to their technician, Billy Li, who was prompt, pleasant and extremely professional. Billy worked on our issue for over 4 hrs and took time to check-in with us on a frequent basis for status checks. Billy found the problem and addressed it to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Billy Li and Colepepper should you ever require plumbing services.

I called EZ plumbing 24 hour emergency line and they helped me over the phone. I was so grateful that they walked me through the process and also used photos and text to troubleshoot. They also saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to spend for them to come out on Labor Day weekend. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me in my time of need. It’s nice that we still have companies that care about their customers and have great employees such as Anthony. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend this business. I had issues with getting an inspection to pass and Fuentes Plumbing went out of their way for it to pass.Their prices are UNBEATABLE!!!
