My girlfriend dropped a family heirloom down the sink and we weren't able to get to it with our own tools.Joseph showed up on time for our appointment and made sure we secured the ring. He was very friendly and ran the sink through tests to make sure everything was put back together and good to go. I cannot say enough great things about this company! I drive by their location every day from work and finally had a reason to call. The dispatchers were courteous and efficient. I was given a window between 12-2 and Brandon was at my house at 12:15 with a courtesy call. All my drains had overflowed, I had raw sewage all over the floor. The technicians worked tirelessly over a period of two hours snaking, cleaning, and hydrojetting (didn't know this even existed) my lines. They came out for 96/hr which I thought was extremely fair with an additional (slightly more expensive) charge for the jetting. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone. This has been one of the very best experiences i’ve Ever had with a plumber. Pablo took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, time frame, completion, etc. they even made sure to protect my floor with a runner and they wore shoe covers as well! They were neat and tidy and answered all my questions (and I had plenty) and were extremely polite and kind.
