Best Drain Replacement in San Diego CA

Quick response time was pretty much the only good thing about my experience. Not sure if I’d trust them on a bigger job.

The technician was on time , very professional , and very knowledgeable of the problem and how to handle it . He investigated all of my sinks and bathtubs to find out where the problem started . After assessing the problem he got the proper equipment at the proper location and cleared my drain in a matter of minutes . I can't thank him enough for saving my house . Can you imagine not being able to use your bathroom or shower , a total nightmare that the technician took off of my shoulders . You would be crazy not to use this company .

Eric did a great job getting repair done quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable on what he was doing. Would definitely recommend to others and use for future plumbing needs.

I called this company in what was a moment of crisis due to a water leak - ultimately fortunately everything worked out to where I did not have to use their services, but I can at least say that Jason whom I spoke with over the phone in the moment was super helpful and willing to give me some useful advice free of charge. We had to call an emergency plumber today. This company was very nice, professional, and responsive. They didn’t even charge us for coming out, since we didn’t need any repairs right now. Looks like we may need some repairs soon though, and we plan to call this company.

Daniel was fast and efficient. He is very pleasent to work with and kept us informed as to what the project needed, the time to complete and parts necessary. A very good experience for us. These guys are our go to plumbers and have been on more than one occasion.

Roto-Rooter sent Doug to the rescue and it was by far the best house-call I’ve had in many tears. My rambunctious kids broke a toilet and Doug diagnosed removed and replaced it with a new one in record time. He has professional and courteous. He told great stories, and worked fast. He cleaned as he went and taught me more about toilets and plumbing than I ever had a right to know. If I ever have a plumbing issue Doug is my guy! Best service ever and pretty reasonable.

Ryan was great - super responsive, knowledgeable, worked closely with our HOA, and did a great job overall. The company is also well-priced, and came in lower than the company my HOA was currently using. Will definitely use again in the future.

I gave this 1star Because it annoys me that there is no free estimate. They charge from the time they Arrive on the job until the time they leave. This includes the time it takes him to make an estimate, The time it takes to write the bill, etc. for me this took 30 minutes. Over $60! And drain not cleared. My drain cleaner did it successfully fir $40. Very Disappointed and will never called him again

Called yesterday around 7PM since there are MANY great reviews. A women answered the phone and I asked for assistance for our kitchen sink that's clogged. The typical drain-o/hot water trick did not work. She asked me where I was located and if we wanted someone to come out that day or the next. I told her tonight and she said ok, let me confirm your phone number and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. I wasn't going to hold her to that time frame but a call back within the hour would have been nice. We are now a full day after and never recieved a call back. I'll give my money to a company that wants it. Bye!

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.
