I am super impressed. It was easy to make the call and set up a same day Saturday appointment. The tech came earlier than expected. He had good insights for some things to do and not do to keep my drains working. I will use them again if another plumbing/drain problem arises.

Deceptive advertising . I was told by their office that their charge for a mainline was 89.00 if there was an accessible cleanout . There was and when their plumber arrived he gave me a charge of 292.00 to clear the mainline . I sent him on his way and called Bill How's Plumbing . I paid 119.00 to clear the mainline .

This company came to my house and did an amazing job of cleaning our home's drains, fixing leaks from the pipes in my house and repairing our shower. I can't tell you how much better I feel since hiring them.

I sent a quote request and Rooter Rooter responded right away and set up an appoitment on the same day. I got appointment confirmation and the plumber contacted me 30 mins prior to his arrival. The shower drain was cleaned and everything worked perfectly. I definetly will work with them again.

We had a mainline clog, toilets didn’t flush, sinks didn’t drain… Scott & Bill came to the rescue! The cleared out the mainline & fixed our toilets all for a good price. Super friendly & efficient, I would use them again in the future, but hopefully no more plumbing issues & for now, everything works great!
