Super reliable service! We’re having issues with water leaking from our roof and couldn’t figure out how to turn off the water for the building. I called Powers and Janet was extremely helpful. She was able to give some recommendations and had a gentlemen come out and help us with all our small requests! He was efficient and very knowledgeable during the service call. You can always count on Anderson PHA to do the job correctly the first time. Our technician, Dave, performed the annual inspection and servicing of our recently installed furnace. At the end, he provided a detailed report of the tests and measurements he performed. He took the extra time to answer all of my questions and even repaired a leak on the hot water vent on my roof. Just like all other Anderson employees, Dave left the area cleaner than he found it. I joined the Anderson VIP program and found it to be financially beneficial in keeping my furnace, hot water heater, and plumbing in good working order.

I called Elite Rooter & they sent Memo to my apartment & he was really kind and super helpful, there honest, not expensive at all then other companies I’m truly satisfied & will for sure use them again thank you !!

It is obvious that this company cares about its customers. We had technicians install new ducts for us, and they were outstanding. They went out of their way to keep us informed about what they were doing, and to make sure we were satisfied with their work. The technicians also made sure that the house was as clean (if not cleaner) after they were done. True professionals. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend this company. Fantastic Company.

Called this morning told them I had a shower that would not drain. Schedule appointment between 2-4. Nathan showed up 3:30ish, led him inside to the bathroom where the shower was located. He turned the water on, barely, for 10 sec, shut it off and then said to me, the $89 special will not cover this. Guess what, I never mentioned any special (had a coupon but he didn't know that) or any price. It's the old bait and switch, comes in, does nothing, and tells you it will cost more. Nathan looks like he doesn't like to get dirty even though he told me all sorts of mumble jumble. Called another guy, came over, snakes my drain from the roof, $49. Unless Nathan is the exception to the norm I would never use this service ever. Coupon's a scam.

I have worked with their teams every year for a plumbing inspection and HVAC maintenance. Every time they offer prompt services with the latest plumbing equipment and tools. They have always been reliable and responsive. This time, I called them for plumbing repairs. They suggested replacing the damaged pipes so I could avoid frequent repairs. Great work!

We called for possible water main leak. Kenny and Xavier were personable and professional. They understood the issue and gave several options to fix the problem. They knew their stuff. While we went with another firm due to cost. I would consider contacting them again.

I called EZ Plumbing USA last Friday night as my tub faucets and shower controls were leaking badly, and it needed urgent attention to fix the leak. They sent their team even during the night and fixed the leakage issues. They repaired the faucets and told us that replacing them with new ones is unnecessary. The best part is they provide their services 24/7 in San Diego. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I want to tell you about a company called Easy Flow Sewer & Drain. They are fantastic! I had a clogged drain and my water heater broke, so I thought I would call them for help. The whole process was easy and quick. They showed up the next day with the proper tools and took care of the problem in no time!

We had a mainline clog, toilets didn’t flush, sinks didn’t drain… Scott & Bill came to the rescue! The cleared out the mainline & fixed our toilets all for a good price.
