I came across All Star Plumbing & Restoration through review only and decided to give them a call to fix the slab leak. They promptly answered my call and gave a reasonable quote. They detected the slab leak quickly and suggested what should be done. They rerouted the water pipe through the attic and wall and fixed the slab leak the same day. They rechecked the leak and verified that there is no other leaks. We are really grateful to All Star Plumbing & Restoration for their excellent service.

Collins provided excellent customer service and a high quality of workmanship on some complex plumbing (cast iron sewer line replacement, new tankless Hot water heater and two washer hookups). I received several quotes and their pricing was very competitive, Aaron was the consummate professional and Jose and Jordan were top shelf technicians. I called this particular company because I was seeking professional experience and know how. Ken Morey's work ethic shines through. I appreciated his attention to safety and other important details. After he did a maintenance service on my 30 year+ wall heater he left it up to me to replace it or not. It was in working condition. The next day I called to make an appointment to install a new one. This is an old Hillcrest home and he had to resolve a few issues which he did with expertise. It took a more time but he didn't charge me the extra hours. He also took the initial maintenance service charge off the cost of the new heater install.

This young man Andrew is a breath of fresh air.I have an older home so things went south fast . He came over in a matter of 1 hour after I called him . Ryan and Tony came to repair a broken drain pipe. They went above and beyond explaining the situation since it was more complicated due to the pipe being installed improperly by the house builder. They cleaned up the mess afterwards. Their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!!!

This was the most pleasant experience with service companies/techs we’ve had. Firstly, Tom was extremely thorough in this inspection and estimate, helping us brainstorm problem-solving options and taking time to carefully explain the work that would be done. On The day of installation, Eric and Adam were timely, efficient, and friendly, being careful to mind our floors and walls as they navigated a complicated upstairs installation. Quick’s work quality and communication was top notch and we’ll definitely be using their services again (though hopefully not too soon).
