After a major bathroom leak, Jose and Discount Plumbing came highly recommended to prepare the plumbing for the new bathroom. From the first call, Jose was very responsive and knowledgeable. He worked directly with my contractor and walked me through the whole process in layman's terms. He even came out to look at the old-1950's era plumbing to determine best steps to bring it up to code with a free estimate.I would highly recommend Jose and Discount Plumbing for your next plumbing needs. Technician showed up an hour and 15 minutes later than set an expected which caused us to stress out because at 4:30 it’s double the fee per hour. Once he was here he did a decent job and I noticed later on the charges there was a charge for a bowl wax which I had to have already and only cost me six bucks at Home Depot he charge me 8.69and then listed other Supplies which absolutely none were used because I had my own bolts and nuts to refasten the toilet and so there was an overcharge there for supplies about 20. Bucks. I feel David was a but dishonest, in the extra charge.

My wife and I have been homeowners several times over the past 44 years, so I've become fairly proficient at handling clogged drains. When our kitchen sink plumbing backed up a couple of weeks ago, a simple bit of plunger work did the trick. But a second back-up seemed impervious to the plunger solution.From experience I am comfortable with kitchen plumbing, so I removed the easy-latch disposal and the pipes - just down to the p-trap (curved pipe) which I couldn't get off. Still I had determined the clog was beyond that point, out towards the plumbing clean-out on the back wall of the house.Using various sized snakes still failed as a home remedy, so I finally determined this would be my first time needing a professional rooter service.Elite Rooter advertises a single drain fix for $79, which seemed reasonable and I was able to get on their schedule from 3 to 5p.m. that afternoon. Frankie Herrera, Sr.Technician, arrived promptly at 3p.m. That was the first point in their favor.Armed simply with a drill and a 6' length of 1/4 coiled steel, he confirmed my assessment and handily loosend the p-trap (much to my embarrassment!). There it was - just inside the pipe - a blockage likely building over our 30 years in this house.Much relieved, I thanked Frankie, who proceeded to the back yard to use my hose to ensure there were no further blockages from the back of the house out to the street (I wouldn't have thought of that), and then said he would show me a trick that would allow me to handle such future blockages myself.Really??While the hose confirmed no further issues, his trick demonstrated how the snake and drill would easily get past the p-trap. I thanked him sincerely for the quick fix and asked how much I owed him. He said it would be no charge. I wasn't sure I heard correctly. Admittedly I had pretty well prepped the area for a quick fix, but knew the cost for him and his big beautiful truck to get here. I again asked him for the charges and he again refused any payment, and even left the length of coiled steel for me to use on any future blockages.I don't suggest that Elite Rooter Service will be able to dispatch your problem as quickly and cost effectively as mine. But Frankie's professional, friendly service and kind consideration was a rare and unexpected experience indeed. In appreciation, I said I would gladly write him a review worthy of his conduct.So here we are.This was truly a warm and welcome experience, and suggests to me that Elite is worthy of your consideration for such services. I'm not sure how best to characterize this experience aptly, but could swear I heard: Hi-Ho SILVER...Awaaayyy as he drove down the street.Thanks to Frankie and to Elite Rooter Service!

Deceptive advertising . I was told by their office that their charge for a mainline was 89.00 if there was an accessible cleanout . There was and when their plumber arrived he gave me a charge of 292.00 to clear the mainline . I sent him on his way and called Bill How's Plumbing . I paid 119.00 to clear the mainline .

I called EZ Plumbing USA last Friday night as my tub faucets and shower controls were leaking badly, and it needed urgent attention to fix the leak. They sent their team even during the night and fixed the leakage issues. They repaired the faucets and told us that replacing them with new ones is unnecessary.
