Best Water Treatment in San Antonio TX

Shawn & Will were great! They educated me on how the water softener works and showed me everything they did to fix the leak. They also took care of insulating some exposed pipes & swept the salt residue in the garage since they finished in just under an hour. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend & will definitely call them again.

I had these folks come out a few months ago to access repairs on a clogged water line. The first visit bombed as the technician just did seem to have the correct answers however he realized I was not happy and without me saying anything the Owner called and volunteered to come by and look at the issue personally. We had a great conversation and he was very thorough and quoted me a very fair price. At this point, I was super impressed. I was unsure about moving forward with the project and needed some time to think on it and told him I would call or text them back on rather or not we wanted to proceed. The next day I called and texted saying we did want to proceed and was told he was out of town. I continued through the next week to try to contact them and although their receptionist answered I could never get the manager/owner to call me back. He completely Ghosted me.

The company sent a text to confirm appointment and sent a picture of technician named Richard Wenzlaff. The technician quickly accessed the situation . Then gave me three options to correct plumbing issues so that I could decide the best option for my situation. The technician assured me that they had their own people to complete the entire job from start to finish, which was the option I chose .This comes with a 2 year warranty. The pricing was fair for the work done with warranty. The technician that came out to do tile work was very knowledgeable of how to complete tile repair properly and to our satisfaction. His name was John Olivares. If I need any plumbing repairs in the future, I would not hesitate to call Will's All Pro and request these technicians again. Today is a Friday so tile work is to set and cure over weekend. The plumbing technician will call next week to set appointment to install all hardware to complete the job. Scheduled an appointment through their website earlier in the day. Asked for an appointment between 6 and 8 pm so I could get home after work and not have to take off time. The problem we were having was with switching out the faucet cartridge in the shower because the old one was very hard for the kids to turn on and off the shower. My husband attempted to do it himself, but the cartridge sleeve wouldn't budge.Got a call at 4 pm saying that the service man was within a half hour away. That was two hours earlier that expected and I was still at work. I received several phone calls from dispatch, two of them dropped before connection, and the others were with a woman who seemed less than thrilled that I mentioned that the visit was supposed to be after six. Luckily, my husband made it home 10 minutes before the plumber arrived. Johnny Garcia was able to assess the situation and have it fixed in under an hour. We are happy with the results.

Great service by AAA Auger. Quick response time...my plumber Ruben showed up just a few hours after I made the call for an appointment. He was very professional and did a great job clearing my drain pipes. I highly recommend AAA Auger and will request to have Ruben for any future plumbing needs.

The price was fair, professionally done and completed in a timely fashion. They replaced my air handler unit which went bad and was 11 years old. I will have them back again for future maintenance.

Incorrectly told me that I didn’t have a back flow valve for my irrigation system and told me it was illegal not to have one. He proceeded to give me 4 options to fix the problem the most expensive being over $2,500. I got a second opinion who magically “found” my back flow valve leaking and replaced it for $400. I highly recommend a second opinion if you use these guys.

I will be using them for now on I could not be more happier after using them.

Currently 2 weeks past scheduled completion date and Jesse still hasn't finished. Also demands 100% payment before he's even passed city inspections. Extremely shady. Pretty sure he gets away with it according to other reviews. Hire professionals, not these con men.
