Got a free professional quote to install my own purchased elite water well softener and osmosis system. House plumbed for water softener, drain and power in the garage. Under the sink osmosis as a faucet hole above (no drilling requiring) Estimate given to install was $1600. Lost a star due to high estimate. (Got another professional plumbing service quote at 1/2 the cost).

Jayson came to my home at 9:30pm, just 30 minutes after my service request. My emergency was a rapidly leaking irrigation system with no shut off valve other than the water main. He gave me an immediate estimate of $487.00 to fix the problem. I was not prepared to pay this much, my emergency could wait, as I have workers coming in two days to do additional work on my irrigation system anyway. I figure I can just turn on and off the water as needed over the weekend. My 5 star review is based on the fact that they responded immediately and charged me nothing. I felt guilty for not using their services after such a rapid response. He would not even accept my offer of payment for a service call. I would use this company's services in the future and would recommend to everyone.

Me and my Wife just went through a major issue with our main sewer line backed up and was able to get a scheduled appointment right away. They sent out a great knowledgeable technician with amazing manners. Derean Guerra was extremely detailed in insuring the issue was resolved and clearly explained long term solution. We had our AC go out when it was rainy and muggy -- so hard to work in Powerhouse Bakery! My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Awesome service! We cold called them when we had a clogged toilet by asking Siri for plumbers in the area. The individual who answered the phone was very courteous and had a plumber scheduled for first thing in the morning (on a Saturday!). I appreciated the “heads up” call prior to his coming out. But, was really pleased to have also received a text with a photo of Patrick along with his experience. Patrick was exceptional and also checked our other toilets, faucets, under cabinet pipes, hot water heater, water main, and pressure. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing. We also signed up for the plumbing maintenance which includes coming out two times per year to check everything, remove hair from the drains, draining out the hot water heater, etc. I didn’t even know there was such a thing! Five stars for this company and for Patrick!
