George Plumbing has been our go-to for over a decade for everything from major water leak repairs to plumbing fixture installs. We love that their phone is answered by a knowledgeable team member, so the solution starts right away and the scheduling is prompt. Thanks to Doug, who came out last week to bring and install a new garbage disposal, also replaced the strainer basket in the other side of the kitchen sink, giving it a new, clean look. Then, he installed a bath faucet that we had purchased. Everything looks and functions great. He arrived timely, worked efficiently, and left the work areas cleaner than when he arrived. Alex ? was amazing!! He was very professional and efficient! He took his time working on our water heater; and educating us . In the past other companies would throw large numbers at us without a reason for the cost. Alex was fully transparent with our options, and we appreciate that more than anything !! Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

We are very happy with the service and professionalism provided by the Will’s plumbing crew. Marc & Joseph came out and provided us with a water heater quote. They provided us with many options. Susan and Sam at the office provided great customer service as we completed the service agreement. Marc & Joseph then returned to install. The entire team did an excellent job in providing service.

Great Job! Had a little trouble finding the main water line to tap into but persistence paid off. Would use them again. Also have used Roto Rooter in Florida on my rental property. Timely and reliable at a reasonable cost.

As usual customer service is great. Dave showed up and not only fix my water heater but also gave me some plumbing lessons along the way!

This person Pedro came highly recommend to us, I called and he answered promptly and was willing to drive to Round Rock from San Antonio to help with are problem. The original phone call was about our plumbing issues in our garage, he called back with a price of the service we accepted, then later that day the guys that was doing some other work on our house broke the main water line. We called Pedro back and ask if he could fix that for us also he said yes. Fixed the water line did a scope for the plumbing in the garage and charged us over $2200 yes $2200 to fix the main water line and scope the other problem. When I spoke to him about this he said he was only coming to look at the plumbing problem use the camera and then give us an estimate. That's not what we discussed on the phone. Why would I ask someone to come from San Antonio to Round Rock for an estimate? I truly feel like we got hoodwinked on this. I do not recommend Pedro or this company to anyone!

This company came and charged me for hyrdostatic test (which indicated failure aka a leak somewhere) and to run a camera down my drain and allegedly found the crack. this was done on Wednesday Feb 24th. I tried to schedule with plumber (Michael) at that time but he said i need to call the office, i called the office the next day Thursday Feb 25 and spoke with Jacob and was told he needs to call me back later that afternoon to schedule because he needed to speak with Michael first (??) Then i reached out to Bradley Gause (Director of Commercial Operations) on Wednesday Feb 24 via email and he responded with someone would reach out to get me scheduled the next day. That never happened either. I've been called over a dozen times all week but no one ever picks up, you can't leave a message, and they already know they left me hanging. So essentially, I paid close to $400 to say yes you have a crack, have a nice day. I have yet to have the company contact me and schedule me to repair my drain and today is Friday 12:01 pm..... VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THE CUSTOMER.

Dakota and Alex we on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and kept me informed every step of the way. Additionally, the company sent me a picture and a bio of them before coming over so I knew who to expect. I would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Update 9/20/2022:Because of the great job they did I talking my gas water heater, we used them again today to help instal our new Water Softener! Once again, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. I will not hesitate to give them a call if my homes need any plumbing services again.My next-door neighbor used them as well (last week) to install his new toilets and haul away the old ones. Great job there too!———————————————————-09/09/2022Omega did a heck of a job today! I’m very glad I choose to hire a pro team to install my new water heater. Jerel and Albert are very friendly and professional. They helped explain my situation and thankfully have the expertise to make sure I’m taken care of.Unfortunately for me, my water softener failure is what accelerated the water heater to go bad. I’ll be using Omega to instal my new water softener as well.Highly recommend and will definitely give them a call if I ever have any plumbing issues.
