I have a VERY old septic system. The laterals were full of roots and not functional. Douglas, my Mr Rooter tech actually listened as I explained the problem. I wanted him to run the cable through my lateral line as far as it would go using an existing clean-out. Unfortunately, the clean-out cap was buried and had to be located (which took almost an hour).I was ready to give up but Douglas kept looking.He located the cap and ran the cable 60-feet.The laterals were cleared and I was finally able to inject chemical root killer. Now, my septic system is fully restored. Thank you, Mr Rooter!Very professional.They even gave me $25 off my bill because I had a coupon! yay

Chris and Tatum were great. Very nice and they fixed my myriad of problems and left the place cleaner than they found it. I would recommend them.

A big shout out to Rockstar Plumbing!! Had an emergency on Sunday, called Rockstar Plumbing and David came to the rescue.. He was on point!!!!! He is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, dependable and efficient. He was detailed and did an exceptional job! We had to call him out a second time on another plumbing issue during the week after 6 PM and came over immediately. Rockstar is our go to company for all our plumbing needs. We highly recommend him….

Steve & Russell were awesome. They provided a courtesy call when they were on their way and we’re very polite and professional when they arrived. They installed a new toilet in about an hour and hauled away my old one. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a toilet replaced.

I had will fix it come out to do a tuneup on my home AC and theTech told me I needed Freon and I had a leak in the system. I got a second opinion and it needed no Freon and no leak and was running perfect . I asked to speak to manager and asked for refund and no response back from him at all.

The guys are awesome, #1 they answered the phone!!!, #2 They arrived when they said they would and called several times on the way to my house. They were fast and had the most current and not so current technical knowledge ( my house is a little older). They explained everything and the pricing was upfront no surprises. The were very polite even though I was going through a a breakdown, and my house was in chaos!! It did not phase them, They were the best in my time of need and I have used them twice in the last month!!

This review is about the customer service only. I cannot attest to their work.Called company on Friday morning to see if they can assist me with plumbing needs. Representative said they had everyone out on a call and asked if this was an emergency. I said no, he can schedule me in as I wasnt expected to be immediately taken care of at the last minute. Rep told me to texted him my info and he would contact me back after conferring with his schedule. Told him that would be fine. So I texted him my name and address. Friday went by without contact. I waited until now Monday evening around 8pm without a call. Apparently this business is so busy to bother with new customers or to even provide a courtesy call regarding the delay. I wouldn't do business with this company now even if they called. This was a complete waste of my time. I was looking for a reputable company and boy was I no where near getting close. I wouldn't trust anything these guys say now. I knew I should have just called a well-known company with whom actually wants my business.
