The plumber was knowledgeable in their craft and answered all my questions to make sure I was well informed of what I was paying for. It was clear they valued their customers so that is why I will be using their services again in the future. Affordable prices and great customer service!

I usually read reviews before I make my choice in anything. My wife called another company to come out and look at our sewer problem before I called Mr. Rooter. It was another known company but customer service wasn't there, no courtesy calls before arriving. They started off in the wrong foot .Then we called Mr. Rooter and they set us up with an appointment with a window time. On the day of we received a courtesy call that tech was on the way and they even send you a text and email with the techs name and picture of them , you can track his location with that also. Tech arrived Larry H. Has the best customer service , he was thorough and explained ever thing to us before hand and even during the process. I will foresure recommend Mr. Rooter along with Larry if I can . Keep up the good work Larry ....

Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. Wish nothing but success & happiness for not only this business but everything personal as well.Thank you so much, Mitch. We will definitely have you on call anytime a problem arises.

I needed plumbing repair on my new tub which was not holding water as well as my water heater. A & M Plumbing was assigned to my service request through American Home Shield and was not able to repair either item. I was subsequently told by Marc the technician that I would need to pay $1,200 for a new regulator due to water pressure. In addition, I was told that I needed some kind of part to keep the drain from draining once closed when filling the tub.I went back and forth with A & M Plumbing multiple times and requested that they submit the work order to American Home Shield correctly identifying the problem so that these parts and a new water heater would be covered since this one is 19 years old. Now, not only did they not fix the problem but there is also a leak that was somehow created under the tub within the exposed PVC with water now trickling out between the tub and wall. So, now not only is the water heater not working correctly and the tub not holding water, but now I also have a leak from PVC pipe that was created by the technician when they were here. I don't know who is worse; A & M Plumbing or American Home Shield.

I am very pleased with the plumbing services I received from Ryan @Caliente Plumbing Heating and Air. What I really loved about them is the quality of their work. Plus Caliente’s customer service is wonderful. I felt their team was honest and productive. Given the chance, I will definitely be using them in the future!

Shout out to BigCity Plumbing. We had a leak in our bathroom a couple of days ago and had to get somebody over here to check it out. Peter and Tye from Big City Plumbing came over and were professional, humble, quick, and did everything to standard. They took the time to hear me out as I explained to them what was going on. Shortly afterwards, they started running different checks and test on what they thought the problem could be and took the time to explain to me what they were doing, what they were looking for, and why. Within a couple of minutes they were able to identify the problem and had it fixed quickly. Their prices were reasonable and left me with a 90 Day Warranty. If you’re in need for plumbing services I highly recommend these guys. ??

They are terrible. Just moved into our new home and toliet does not work they do the warrenty work. Said they would be out yesterday and today and never showed. Very disappointed that KB does business with them.

During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! Most definitely recommend them...will be using their services in the future...

Had a wonderful experience with Anchor Plumbing today! Their communication was great, with text update and a call when the technician was on the way. They were able to get me in for a same day appointment and the technician, Brandon, was on time, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He fixed my issue (a leaking kitchen sink!) and took a look at some other plumbing items in the house just to check everything out while here. We recently bought the house, so he was able to educate me on several general plumbing items that are good to know as a new home owner and explained what are good items to address now vs later. I asked a lot of questions and he gave detailed explanations about what to look out for in older homes like mine. He was able to fix my issue quickly and for a great price. I also learned a lot in the time he was here! I will be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs!
