I had some issue with water flow, I have an older home and I started having issues I took a chance to visit with Mitch (owner) as his was doing some work for my neighbor. I explained the issue that I was having he was glad do give me an estimate. I contracted him to do the work he was always on time and kept me informed to how progress was going stayed on budget work done in a timely manner. I strongly recommend red brass plumbing. I’ll always keep his number handy.

We were experiencing some issues with our HVAC unit; it ran but wasn’t very efficient. After noticing some unwanted moisture, I called aroundh to various companies for assistance. When I made my selection, Mario quickly came to my house, checked out the system and laid out my options. After finding the best fit for me, Mario went to work and made all the necessary repairs. He was respectful of my home, worked efficiently and quite yet, and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would recommend Mario for all your service needs!

Chris and John came and fixed the problem, were very polite and explained everything, however the next day the pipe burst further down. Richardo and Mario came on Monday afternoon, found the leak and fixed it as well. Explained that it was most likely a factory defect and now our water is working better than before. Thanks so much. Well, it looks like Google Local got spammed by their employees - take a look at Yelp for some honest reviews on this one. These guys are absolutely the pits. We had a sewer back up - they arrived, charged $270 and announced they needed a camera but would be back on Monday. After multiple missed appointments on Monday, no show, since they claim they were short of cameras. I waited at home from work all day Tuesday from 9 am - after 4 calls, the guy shows up at 7pm claiming it will be another $160 to complete the original service call. And he thought it was strange the original guy didn't use a camera because we all have cameras. When you call the offices, you always get routed to dispatch who are basically a rude bunch offering excuses. I've just come on my shift, I heard several times and the plumber is with a previous client before they even asked my name. Then I started Googling Roto-Rooter and wondered why I bothered calling in the first place. The BBB ratings, the RipOffReport ratings, the filtered Yelp reviews... it's absolutely the last place you'd ever want to call with any problem at all. These guys are total scam artists in every possible way. I wish them out of business. In the end I went with a local plumber who fixed the issue with no drama for a half the price. Best of all, Roto-Rooter didn't even honor the $50 Yelp coupon they've been promoting!

If you're going to let anyone in your home David and B are honest, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to have done buisness with. I called them the day after Christmas and they came out same day to unclog my kitchen sink. Eveything works great now. Very happy customer.
