Tsanko is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable plumber. After I called him he arrived very quickly, assessed the situation, and gave me a fair estimate. He thoroughly explained everything, scheduled the work for a few days later, and returned when he said he would. He finished the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. No more leaks at my house!

This will be my 3rd edit. I actually deleted 1st post, should have kept. From bad to good( with hope) to horrible. I previously complained about feeling cheated with no answers about my issues. (Toilet water raising while washer or sink was running on rinse). I was told told someone would come out to run camera for free, since it has not been ran through with the first visit. I was also told I would get a refund as well. I didn’t ask for it but they did felt it was the right thing. I was told what the issue was. Which put me at ease. Let’s just say. I was told it would take two weeks for refund. And if nothing to call them back. I waited four weeks. Called and called and left messages. Different departments. For what? No one calls back. Finally Someone calls back. Someone who told me about the refund. Was told due to COVID things were taking long. Wait another two weeks. Ok. I waited patiently again. 3-4 weeks. Nothing. I’ve called again. My last call and message was around the 4th or 5th time The second Time around. My last too. I felt like I was harassing them because I can’t get a darn call back. Also, I did Call a different manger, he told me to text him because he was busy. So I text as he requested.NOTHING. Again no one knows how to call back. At least acknowledge that the message was received. Damn. My last call. I finally get a call back from a new manager. Stating he will contact the person who did discuss and arrange my refund. Again. NOTHING. I’m tired of waiting. I’m sure someone knows what’s going on and passing the buck. I’ve been patient on what has been Over 3 months now!!! I’ve lost my patience. I did not name drop but I’m more than positive this is will be seen as my final straw. It’s obvious that my review was deleted and changed for the sake of their company. I get it. Bread and butter. But I deserve a response from anyone!! Someone!! Cause all those departments I’ve called and reached out to, are worthless. Should I name drop? Yes. But I will not. All I know is I’ve been cheated before. And definitely cheated again. I did not ask for anything. It was offered to me, so I accepted it as a token. Funny how it works out. I got text and voicemails to prove it as well. Oh well. What good is that?! I would give this a negative if I could! Great Job Roto!!!I did previously have an issue with my visit that I was not happy with because I did not get answers and felt cheated. I was contacted by Steve, excavation manager at the branch to discus what can be done to Improve my experience. I did explain my concerns, experience and expectations. Steve and his team made matters better by visiting my house to assist and diagnose the problem with a camera, which made my understanding a whole lot better. All I wanted from the start was communication and knowledge of what was going on With my plumbing. And I got just that. I do Greatly Thank You and Appreciate you gentleman for your professional and curiosity visit. I now have a different understanding.

American Home Shield sent them to repair a leaky faucet. They wouldn't do the work unless we spent $895.00 to add an overflow tank and a regulator first. After checking with SAWS and other professionals, we determined that the extra work was not necessary. We still have a leaky faucet. Calling another plumber.

Rick was the plumber who came out and gave us an estimate for the work we needed done. He found we had a leak under the slab and we would have to re- plumb our entire older home. We got several bids from other reputable companies, but we had used Caliente to install a soft water system several years ago, so we decided to go with Caliente. This job took 3-1/2 days and we couldn't be more pleased with the knowledge and work ethic of Rick and Garrett. This was a major undertaking for us, but Rick was just a gem of a guy. He also installed a comfort level commode in one of our bathrooms, and after we try it out for about a week, we'll probably have them install two more. Rick said the toilet was circa 1975, so we guss it's about time for new ones!! The house was built in 1978, so it was also time to replace the copper pipe for the new stuff that contractors use. We were in good hands with Caliente. Thank you, Rick and Garrett, for taking the time to explain everything to us, for your good work ethic and your knowledge. You both are good people and an asset to your company.

I was not disappointed with BCP. I phoned and made the appointment. They called to notify me they were on the way, within 15 minutes of arriving. They were friendly, polite, listened to our concerns, then did a thorough exam of the problem system. They described what they found and the fix plainly, along with price, which was extremely reasonable. In twenty minutes they had everything done and cleaned up. In addition, Peter saw an item or two that could cause me problems down the line, and wrote a quote for me in case I want that done later (also for very reasonable price). I was aware of those problems and was impressed that he noted them and didn't push to do them right away, but left it to me. He suggested a tweak to my water heater to make it more efficient too. The system now works better than it had since we bought the house. I definitely put BCP as my 'go to' plumbing guys now. Very happy!

You could not pay me to use this company again. They attempt to charge some of the highest prices around and conduct sloppy work though they present themselves as if they are top notch. Expect their first cost estimate for the work to be ridiculous and if they don't reduce it significantly get another estimate from another company.

I have called Alamo plumbing various times for different properties. They have prompt service and are experts in their work. Me and my friends have used Alamo Plumbing for about 3 years now and are very satisfied customers.

Arrived at our clinic on time. He gave a great explanation of what was wrong with our toilet. They did have to leave to retrieve the new toilet but did so in a timely manner. I have nothing other than HIGHLY RECOMMENDATION for this business.My 2 water heaters go bad and need their heating elements replaced.I tried to contact multiple plumbing companies, all of them took more than 24 hours to come over and then quote me a ridiculously price. Believe it or not, the heating elements only cost around $30-$50 each, but all of those companies charge $500-600 to replace each heating elements, so $1000- 1200 in total for 2 heating elements.I tried my luck with 210plumber. Steve and his staff showed up at my house in less than 1 hour after my call. They immediately jump in to diagnose the water heaters, and finish everything within an hour. When waiting for the water heater to drain, they even replace my expansion tank for FREE. They also go the extra mile and check the water pressure and other valves in the meantime.In the end, my bills for parts and labor to get 2 heating elements replaced and 1 expansion tank replaced is only $280! That is less than 1/4 of what other companies charge.What an awesome business with awesome people. Fast, quality work, extremely honest, and most importantly, extremely fair pricing.

My wife found this company searching on google. Nathan, Alex and Joe are currently working on a Difficult Slab Leak Problem at my house. I got to see their work first hand for two day. From my 8 years of experience from heavy construction industry I can tell you guys this. These guys are a rear breed. They are in the Top 1 percent when it comes to plumber. I don’t think these guys eat or sleep. Oh boy these guys will make sure you have running water before they leave even it is 2 am in the morning. They are a bunch of good guys trying to run a top notch plumbing business. From briefly talking to the owner I can tell you guys this, the owner has set a high standard and a culture in the company and it’s been reflected on all his employees.Top Notch Plumbers. Johnny gave excellent service! I was first amazed he arrived well before I expected him to, I was given a 4 hour time frame and he showed up 30 minutes later. He worked very swiftly, was respectful and polite asking my preference before he took action and he even offered me tips afterwards for how to prevent problems in the future. These guys were great. For hundreds less than others, they cleared my main line out to the sewer. Easy. Simple. Like it should be. No price gouging or trickery. They are my new go-to.
