He finished up his second service call came back to fix my problem within no time! Very reasonable price for the quality work they give. I've used Roto-Rooter a couple of times now and they are great. I had Jose and Jeffrey this last time, very friendly, knowledgeable and had my slow draining issues cleared up quickly. Really appreciate they come out on weekends and are not charging fees on top of fees to show up on a Saturday. Good company and great crew of plumbers!

When I thought I would have had to come out of pocket more $ they kept on trying and solved the problem as well as helping me understanding the plumbing system. Would recommend fasure.

Most disappointing service received. Did not have any issues prior to getting maintenance in my ac unit. Was told I needed a new unit and was open to hearing quotes or further information. I was told someone would be out on a Saturday since I work during the week. No one showed up, I contacted the office and there was no record input and informed project managers were busy until Tuesday and contact me then. Never received a phone call or follow up. AC has been working a little off since maintenance was done. Now it is not working at all, I’ve contacted them only to get the run around. I do not recommend them. When I spoke with representative, she stated that they had received 4 other calls with my same issue. Timing can be can be considered suspicious, but now I’m left with a broken unit and no help. I’ve resorted to calling a different company to assist.

The A+ San Antonio's Best Plumbers staff were helpful, honest, friendly, and enjoyable, and the costs were quite fair. We will utilize them more in the future and advise everyone to do the same.

Mitchell arrived in a timely manner and claimed he did a thorough inspection of our HVAC system. He was friendly and professional. He presented repair options and arranged a conversation with their sales team to discuss replacement options too. Happy with the service I received.Update: What I left out was he was willing to attempt a repair with no guarantee it would work. Regardless, it would run about $450 for one of two units. The second, he insisted, could not be fixed. In total, he suggested that the heat exchanger can be repaired, but will cost over $2000. The follow motors will cost about $4000 to repair/replace.The sales person reached out a few days later and explained that based on the repair cost is would be beneficial to replace both furnaces at a cost of $9K-$20K each.A second opinion from a licensed and insured repairman, confirmed that the faulty part needed replacing, but it could be done for about $500 for both units. Neither furnaces were in bad enough shape to warrant replacement in any regard.I opted not to use Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning. Not a fan of being mislead to spend thousands of dollars when a couple hundred dollars and 30 minutes would do the trick.

Professional, on time, transparent about the problem and required repair will cause me to use them in the future. Very pleased with the service I received.

I have used air today many times before manny is a very reasonable caring business man I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has air conditioning issues, they worked with you and I greatly appreciate them for that.
