Our plumber (Chris) was thorough with the work he did and took time to explain the work he was going to do before starting. We are really appreciative of his honesty and couldn’t be any happier with his work! Very high quality and professional, highly recommend!

Scheduling was easy and they were available next day. Matt H. was very professional and courteous. He understood my needs and worked with me to find a solution that worked for me and my budget. The only downside I found was they were a bit pricey for me. However, I would still recommend this company and Matt H!

I have been without hot water for about 2-3 weeks. The water would get luke warm but it still wasn't good enough. I finally made the time to call a plumbing service and I'm glad I came across Roto Rooter. The service was provided to me by George Hinojosa who was extremely friendly and well informed. I made an inquiry last night and was scheduled and confirmed within a couple of hours for first thing this morning! Thank you Roto Rooter! Love that the service came with a warranty as well!

Comfort-Air sent a very competent two-man team to handle our plumbing issue. They were professional and diligent. When they started to hit an issue late in the day, being short the parts needed to complete the job, the owner of the company showed up and personally ran out to get the parts needed. The job was done in 5 hours. A job other companies had pondered on for a month but made no progress.Top notch work by top notch people. Well worth the money.

Alex with Radiant quickly responded within an hour of my reporting our AC had broke. He also quickly ascertained and resolved the issue, cooling my house down before I needed to cook dinner.

This company came and charged me for hyrdostatic test (which indicated failure aka a leak somewhere) and to run a camera down my drain and allegedly found the crack. this was done on Wednesday Feb 24th. I tried to schedule with plumber (Michael) at that time but he said i need to call the office, i called the office the next day Thursday Feb 25 and spoke with Jacob and was told he needs to call me back later that afternoon to schedule because he needed to speak with Michael first (??) Then i reached out to Bradley Gause (Director of Commercial Operations) on Wednesday Feb 24 via email and he responded with someone would reach out to get me scheduled the next day. That never happened either. I've been called over a dozen times all week but no one ever picks up, you can't leave a message, and they already know they left me hanging. So essentially, I paid close to $400 to say yes you have a crack, have a nice day. I have yet to have the company contact me and schedule me to repair my drain and today is Friday 12:01 pm..... VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THE CUSTOMER.
