It took the gentleman (Lee) 2.5 hours to repair a foot of pipe which amounted to a $500 bill. When I walked out to see how it was going, Lee was sitting in his truck looking at his tablet. He commented on my neighbor's hogs. Oh, but the job was finished already so I have no idea how long it really took.For comparison, a well repair company (Texan Water) replaced a pump and repaired several feet of pipe in less than 2 hours for about $400. This fellow focused on the job and got it done.Can't say I recommend George Plumbing company due to their slow repair and vague billing practices.

Had bluefrog plumbing come out to help us with a water backup problem I was having. Clinton who is a plumber with bluefrog came out and by far was very knowledgeable in breaking down the problem for me and what my options were, he was very professional in providing feedback with a camera he ran through all the piping and suggesting what he can do to resolve the issue. He also discovered a clean out I had that the previous owners of this house may have covered up with landscaping rock, witch we were relieved to know we had one all along, that’s what u call honesty witch means a lot nowadays any company could of lied and tried to sell us a clean out install just to make $$, so thank you Clinton and bluefrog plumbing.

I had a clog in a main sewer line, I was expecting it to be around 300 dollars, I called a local competitor that was going to charge me 400 to unclog the main line and 400 to install a wax seal on a toilet. I called Mr rooter, not only did they arrive 30 min early on the scheduled appointment, but they charged me 300 to unclog the main sewer line and 200 for the wax seal. Now I know that many are very handy and can do the job your on your own, but sometimes you don’t want to deal with stuff like this. Yeah maybe there are other competitors that may charge a little less but I just want to make it clear that Mr Rooter was very polite, punctual, and straightforward with pricing. They were very easy to work with and I would recommend them to others and use the service again.

Electrical:I have been having arc fault breakers tripping. David Jabal arrived on time and was extremely professional and worked on my problem to rectify the issue.I will only use 1st Call in the future for all my needs.

They replaced all the water lines under the house tying all into the main line, installed a new water heater, replaced all the old plumbing and stabilized the shower fixtures as well as bringing the plumbing up to code. They spent about 9-10 days here. Jonathan, Edward, George, Justin and Victor were ALL professionals, polite and funny. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and restored the Sheetrock to its original ( maybe better) condition. They all kept me up to date on the progress, problems they encountered and solutions to those problems. I highly recommend this company .

BG Plumbing was a very good experience. This gentleman did a great job at a very reasonable price. He had every opportunity to suggest services that I did not need. He was very honest and refused unneeded work. I will definitely use this plumber again.

When I place the call to Roto-Rooter to get a person out within the hour in fact 30 minutes they were here the young man notice something else it was wrong and I authorize him to fix that as well and he did very well to get everything going I thank him and I will use Roto-Rooter every time I have a plumbing problem and Johnny was fantastic

When our new washing machine arrived the installers were not able to connect it due to extremely bad hot and cold faucet connections. What to do? We called a local plumbing company (big name) and they told us we would be placed on a 10 day waiting list. NOT an option. I knew there was a plumbing company in the Ford's Landing strip center so I rolled the dice and gave them a call. Best decision we made. The receptionist was amazing and worked us in the very same day. The two plumbers that came to our house (Steve and Mark) were amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient they has us connected in under an hour (as opposed to ten days) and the total, out the door, was less than $200. If I could give a higher star rating I would. I had a broken hot water line to a vanity sink. Johnny found the leak and determined the hose & connections were bad. He showed it to me after removal. He made a new hose and installed it and everything works great now. He is very courteous and knowledgeable in his job.

Juan Garcia and Steve were very good at explaining what was wrong with our sink. Juan explained to me that it was a blockage in the drain due to grease buildup and showed me how he fixed it and how I could prevent it from happening again anytime soon. Great service and was in and out within 30 minutes.

I would NOT recommend this company. This past year I bought a water heater maintenance agreement. The agreement stated they would check water pressure and flush the water heater twice during the year. They came out in December 2017 and August 2018. My water heater burst on November 27, 2018. I bought this agreement specifically to avoid this problem. The plumber who came to replace (NOT Guarantee Plumbing) showed us pictures of how the water heater had been leaking for quite some time. It was pretty bad. There was even duct work that wasn't placed correctly. They also told us our water pressure was high. The plumber from Guarantee Plumbing never told us there was a leak or even that there were problems with the pressure! What a waste of money! This same plumber came out because I was having problems with the shower head, it was making a loud noise when turned on. All he did was turn on the shower and said it needed to be replaced. I paid him for coming down and he lost the check. He didn't even give me a receipt. The office however did bill me and I had to put a stop payment on the check originally given to plumber. I am extremely upset at the incompetence. There is no pride in their work, the company obviously doesn't care who they hire. The reason we got the maintenance agreement was so that it was maintained properly. They failed us in that regard. Needless to say, I will not be using Guarantee Plumbing services ever again. The service agreement is a joke. I have lost confidence and trust in the company.By the way, the only reason they get one star is their receptionist who answers the phone. She is really good at her job.Deeply disappointed.
