George Plumbing has been our go-to for over a decade for everything from major water leak repairs to plumbing fixture installs. We love that their phone is answered by a knowledgeable team member, so the solution starts right away and the scheduling is prompt. Thanks to Doug, who came out last week to bring and install a new garbage disposal, also replaced the strainer basket in the other side of the kitchen sink, giving it a new, clean look. Then, he installed a bath faucet that we had purchased. Everything looks and functions great. He arrived timely, worked efficiently, and left the work areas cleaner than when he arrived. Found source of leak and cut thru sheetrock to access it. Fixed it in timely manner. Reasonable cost.

I Needed a hot water tank replaced. Allpro sent Cody to discuss our needs,cost,and concerns. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful with all of our questions and concerns of quality, cost and the process of the removal and replacement. I had called other companies and found Allpro to be the most satisfying(read reviews and costs). The cost was not the lowest but as they say and I have experienced many times before you get what you pay for. The replacement appointment was set to my needs. The work was done by two knowledgeable technicians that got the work done quickly and very satisfactorily. They knew what they needed to do from start to finish. I felt very comfortable and didn't feel I had to look over their shoulders or ask any questions. They explained what I would need to know with the new tank and setup etc., cleaned up and left me very comfortable with the whole process. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any future needs.

Called BG Plumbing in an emergency type of situation. Our sewer line had been broke due to some heavy equipment in our backyard. Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

I called ROTO Rooter for plumbing issues after calling a couple of other companies who claimed to be 24/7 and they were the only ones willing to come out. Dustin G. came out late in the evening on a Sunday to help me with my plumbing issue. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and efficient but was an absolute pleasure despite it being late on a Sunday. I cannot express how pleased I was with the service I received. I would recommend them without hesitation and specifically Dustin.

I was charged $325 to run a camera through main line and a 10 ft. drain snake down the toilet. Toilet remained clogged after plumber’s attempt. However, to really unclog it will require a plumbing modification for $3400. He justified the charge because your plumbing was not done correctly according to the camera view. Glad I was able to unclog by pouring a full bottle of bleach and letting it work over several days for $3.49. Never again ??..Oh and they never sent a receipt over email or other. Service or lack of service was provided in the West Creek subdivision. Update: Claim by company that they used an expensive sewer machine to justify cost is false. Unless the battery operated 10 ft. snake was made out of gold. Oh and call the office and ask for the receipt ..:Ha! Must be a new kind of customer service. Oh and the cost was minus $89 for trip charge… No receipt?

The scheduler kept my wife and I advised on when to expect the plumber. Two technicians showed up about two hours after I called. They were well dressed i.e. clean and neat in appearance. They explained what they needed to do and told me what was causing the blockage (grease). They also took the time to tell my wife and I how to keep blockages from occurring in the future. They were polite and friendly, and they cleaned up afterward. (They were careful to create as little a mess as possible.) A good experience all around..

I called this place after calling several others. They were able to come over the next morning and repair my broken stem from the shower handle and replace it with a new one. The price was far better than some others just by talking on the phone. He was professional and took me along with every step he made. Brandon and Clay were very professional and timely in identifying a leak. We thought there was a leak in a pipe in the home foundation, however, their team identified the leak was in a wall instead. They promptly used their “old school meets new school” techniques and updated plumbing technologies and resolved our issue. Additionally, they referred a contractor to assist in drywall and flooring repair/restoration. Thanks for being our superheroes today! Highly recommend this family owned business.

The guys are awesome, #1 they answered the phone!!!, #2 They arrived when they said they would and called several times on the way to my house. They were fast and had the most current and not so current technical knowledge ( my house is a little older). They explained everything and the pricing was upfront no surprises. The were very polite even though I was going through a a breakdown, and my house was in chaos!! It did not phase them, They were the best in my time of need and I have used them twice in the last month!!
