Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. Wally and Chance came out within an hour of calling, exactly as the timing was initially described at my first (very pleasant) phone call. This was at 4pm on a Friday! They stayed and completed the job fully until 7:30pm, even in the dark. I greatly appreciated the prompt and professional service!

Very polite and friendly , explained how he would fix the problem , gave me 3 prices, and what they were about. Cleaned up after the job.

Awful! Would not recommend.I used them for a simple leak on my water heater. Was forced to pay $75 co-pay just for them to come out. Then once looking at the unit, was trying to force me to pay another $850+ for items I didn't need for the leak. Was told they had to in order to fix the leak.After they left, I was able to see where the leak was coming from and fixed it with a simple C-wrench. Granted, I probably should of started with that before calling, but if you want to take the chance of paying these people to come and not fix your problem, go right ahead.Rating 0

Professionaly replaced garbage disposal with new unit. Asked about the water heater. Was told that the regulator & overflow tank were worn out. Was quoted aprice on the spot & told of option to make payment schedule with no interest. Used credit card instead/ won't be billed until Nov. Joe & company will be here tomorrow for outside work & will make arrangements to quickly replace inside tank. I don't know of any other company that provides fast & professional service that quickly.

Alamo Plumbing came to our rescue when no other plumbing companies would. Mr. Barrera and his hard wording crew were very accommodating and worked around our schedule. They enjoy a challenge and rose to the occasion. Communication is key and Mr. Barrera kept me updated throughout the entire process. They are very professional and are a delight to work with.

My wife found this company searching on google. Nathan, Alex and Joe are currently working on a Difficult Slab Leak Problem at my house. I got to see their work first hand for two day. From my 8 years of experience from heavy construction industry I can tell you guys this. These guys are a rear breed. They are in the Top 1 percent when it comes to plumber. I don’t think these guys eat or sleep. Oh boy these guys will make sure you have running water before they leave even it is 2 am in the morning. They are a bunch of good guys trying to run a top notch plumbing business. From briefly talking to the owner I can tell you guys this, the owner has set a high standard and a culture in the company and it’s been reflected on all his employees.Top Notch Plumbers. I will recommend this company to anyone in a heart beat.

David came out the same day and replaced an exterior hose faucet. He was fast and seemed like a good guy. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.Update: David has come to the rescue again! Our guest bathroom tub drain was leaking water through the bathroom wall and causing our hallway floors to bubble up. Our house was built in the sixties and therefore our tub drain was not the standard size compared today's parts. David went out of his way to find the right part, show up on a sunday to fix it after an earlier assessment of the situation, and gave me a fair price to fix the problem. I would definitely encourage neighbors, friends, and family to call Peoples Choice Plumbing for their plumbing needs.

Great plumbers

They did the plumbing for all the new construction houses in our new subdivision and myself and my neighbors have had nothing but plumbing problems ever since, mainly with slow-drip pipe leaks with things not being tightened properly. I had a slow drip leak going on in the guest bathroom for several months before I found it back in February. I called them to come fix it. Not only did they fail to find the leak and fix it, but the guy who came out acted like I had imagined this leak. Kept saying, I don't see any leaking. Sorry, I just don't see it. Finally he said Oh I see you just need a part replaced, I have the part in my truck. And he went out to get it and install it. I didn't check to see if it was fixed, I trusted that it was. Foolish mistake on my end. I found out yesterday that it was absolutely not fixed.I'm writing this review today as I'm waiting on a new plumber to come out today and fix the leak they failed to fix, and now I have a mold problem and may have to get the entire downstairs bathroom vanity replaced in a house that is only 2 years old. I am furious with this company and the service I received. I wouldn't trust them to fill a water balloon and they will never be called for service again.The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was because they did come out on time and on short emergency notice and didn't charge me an emergency fee. It takes a lot for me to leave negative reviews. I rarely ever do. I'm trying to be as fair as I can but I feel we had terrible service and a simple leak is now costing me 3 or 4 times as much as it should have.

Greg arrived on time and replaced our leaking water heater. He was knowledgeable, efficient and took time to answer my questions. He also made sure that the work area was clean.

This is the second time I've had to call Comfort-Air. Both times they were so friendly and knowledgeable. There was no up-selling or hi-jinks. They will have my A/C business every time.

Matthew Lopez did a seasonal check of our air conditioner and found the UV light was burnt out. While in our house he was professional and did a great job. He had to come back to replace the UV bulb and again his professionalism made his visit a pleasure.

Those 5 star reviews are fake. They are easy to spot.
