My husband and I have used 1st Call for three services within the last year. The first service was the replacement of the pressure relief valve near our main water shut off valve. I called them and they arrived within a few hours. Repairs were completed and our water was back on in less than two hours. The second service was this summer when both of our AC’s were in their last string. We had two new systems put in. Couldn’t be happier. Today, they came and changed out a cassette in our master shower faucet. Our shower would continue to run, even with the faucet turned completely off. Apparently, it was a specialty item that was needed to make the repair. They went to a parts store; picked it up and changed it in less than an hour. Our water was back on in no time. All of the parts and service are covered under a one year warranty. You get what you pay for and my husband and I will continue to call 1st call for all of our major plumbing, AC and/or electrical needs. Due to hard water and high pressure coming from the city to our main waterline, the pressure release valve went bad and we needed a new one. They also inspected the water heater for me and found out that the water heater was older than they were ?. I asked them to see if I could get a deal if we did the PRV and the heater at the same time. We worked it out and they got the two jobs done in less than three hours! Our pipes no longer bang in our walls, our water pressure is wonderful and the hot water gets hot a lot faster! So thankful I stuck with 1st Call once again!!! Justin and Nathan took good care of us. They were prompt, professional and patient with us. They’re fast workers and we’re very thorough with us from start to finish. She explained their findings and what needed to be fixed. They left our yard looking good as new and left the area around our water heater, nice and clean. Thank you two for your hard work!UPDATE May 2023- Marco was an awesome technician! We was prompt to our AC service appointment. He did a thorough inspection, cleaned out the pans, checked out the outside units and even found a part of the newly installed AC that needed to be reinforced. He made the repairs and we are good to go for another 6 months or so. I highly recommend utilizing this company for all your electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs. Thank you Marco! Hot water heater drained and inspected. Warranty plan.

We were having hot water heater issues, water wasn't heating in any of the showers or sinks. Figured this old water heater was in need of replacement. Called a more visible, well-known company out for a quote. They came in, looked around and told me it needed replacement and some outside work that would have required digging up the yard. Quote was over $2,400. I needed to get another bid to compare, so I Googled and found Chavarria's Plumbing. They were able to send technician Nathan over within a couple of hours. Nathan came in, noticed that the thermostat setting was off and the exhaust pipe wasn't aligned correctly. He corrected it and told me it should resolve the issue. I told him if it didn't resolve it, how much would a replacement cost and he ballparked it at around $1400 parts and labor. I asked him what the charge was for him coming out and he said No charge. We don't do any work that's not necessary or sell customers anything they don't need. I was stunned by his honesty. Problem has been resolved. The water is steaming hot and it didn't cost me a penny. You never know what you're gonna get when you call a service company blindly like that, but I can tell you Chavarria's Plumbing is the ONLY company I'll be calling in the future for any plumbing repairs. Kudos to the company owners for employing such honest, helpful individuals. I will recommend Chavarria's Plumbing to anyone in need.

Recently, I have relied on Guarantee Plumbing and AC, Inc. to perform some plumbing work, appliance installation and clogged sewer main. In both instances, the professional staff did excellent work for a reasonable price. They called to let me know when they would be arriving and were punctual. I will definitely use Guarantee Plumbing & AC, Inc. for any future requirements.

Aramendia originally came out a few months ago to replace the air handler that had gone out on us. Fast forward to the past couple of weeks and we've had intermittent issues with our thermostat. Every time we called for service, they were quick to get us on their schedule and quick to respond to the issue. In the end, we had exceptional service and work performed, specifically by Louis and Ruben. After all their troubleshooting and honing in on the cause, they were able to get our unit back up and running. We will definitely use Aramendia for any future work.

They have been our plumber for several years and after losing my husband, Adam has stepped up and been there for all the things that my husband always took care of and I had no clue how to deal with.

Comfort Air Engineering did a great job installing my mini split AC system. Lots of communication...they were on time (a day early actually) and was a very clean installation. Very happy with the job!

Dakota and Alex did a spectacular job diagnosing and fixing our pipes that busted due to the freeze last week. They quickly found two and determined there was one more to fix. They gave us timely updates on pricing and work to be done that would be the least cost for us in the end. Excellent service. Will use Anchor for future plumbing needs.
