This was my first time using Wills All Pro and was definitely satisfied with the service from tech Sam Edward. He was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. Even though it was a small job, I expected it to be over 700 to 800 dollars, but price was definelty fair for the job that needed to be done. He was kind enough to look at several plumbing issues that I was having and completed the work in a efficient and timely manner. My pipes were shaking the previous plumber didn’t install my water heater correctly. They fixed it immediately. Not expensive either. They answer their phone too and are on time.

Fixed the faucet and afterwards asked if I had any other problems to needed to be repaired and talked about the services that his company provides. Great experience.

Outstanding service, very knowledgeable, but most of all friendly and honest! I chose him because he has the best reviews in San Antonio compared to the other companies American Home Shield suggested. At 4:58 p.m. I scheduled a request for his company online via A.H.S., same day at 5pm he was able to schedule me in for the very next morning. Not only is he punctual but he provided me with a 15 min advance text. He provided service on 2/22/2020 and just an hour after he leaves I made sure to take the time to acknowledge his work. First time homeowners and we had our first major issue. Sewer water backed up into our guest bathtub and it was a mess. Found John on the nextdoor app-he came HIGHLY recommended from my neighbors-so we gave him a call. He was courteous, prompt and professional. Gave me the price over the phone and found/fixed the issue in no time. He worked in the pouring rain to get us back to normal. You could not pay me to use this company again. They attempt to charge some of the highest prices around and conduct sloppy work though they present themselves as if they are top notch. Expect their first cost estimate for the work to be ridiculous and if they don't reduce it significantly get another estimate from another company.

Chris was very professional and polite. Told me exactly what he was going to do to fix my leaking bathtub. Had to go get the parts that were needed and had to make a second trip because handles did not fit the cartridge. On the way out, he noticed that my kitchen sink had started to drip and he fixed that one too. Thank you so much for your help
