They arrived ahead of schedule with two vans so after the estimate was approved, work was started immediately while the apprentice left and pulled parts for the jobs. They replaced my water heater, a bad valve under a sink, and a bad gasket on a tub overflow that required a major removal of the entire drain system through the ceiling below it. They respected my property, and I feel confident in their quality. Communication is excellent and you receive photo documentation of all work in your email. My plumber was specifically Clinton Kaelke.

I was moving into a property and had old, corroded plumbing much that was overlooked or missed by the inspector. I called Mr Rooter and they sent Peter Smith to the property. He was prompt, professional and thorough. Peter noted things that weren't code and connections that had sloppy repair. He explained everything to me and gave me approximate cost as he was working through it all. Equally important was the communication with the office (Amanda). She is polite and professional and always gave me a status update. I'm particular about workmanship, professionalism and communication, and for those reasons I will continue calling on Mr Rooter for my plumbing needs. They are exceptional!

Chris and his cohort were able to successfully repair the issues causing leaks at our house after the city had to replace the curbstop valve yesterday. Fast and courteous and very informative about the repairs....A+++ Service! Highly recommended!

They helped me when I was stressed due to busted water softner which clogged all faucets in the house. Setting up appointment was quick and easy over the phone and the service tech Michael Angelo was amazing. He troubleshooted my problem within 10 minutes and was able to get parts and fix everything the same day!!!This problem was misdiagnosed by another plumber before and without a fix!Highly recommended company if you need solution to your plumbing issues and don’t want somebody getting trained in your house!!!

Rockstar lives up to their name! We just moved from out of town and found Rockstar on Google. From the minute we reached out they were responsive and incredibly professional. They showed up when they said they would, clearly outlined their costs and fees, and did a quick, professional job. Our water softener is sleek and clean looking and works like a charm. i paid 4m to fix leak, now almost a month later,leak reappeared. called and they said they would send plumber at 3pm, it's already 4pm and no one showed, no answer, no response to texts, and no follow up. totally unacceptable will not deal with again!!! water still leaking! totally unreliable and waste of money. stay away from 4M, you've been warned.

I've used them in the past for HVAC maintenance and when it came to replace our 12 year water heaters I knew they would be the company I could trust. Not only do they offer fair pricing in a time where not everyone is, they arrive on time, and are super clean. We are in the process of selling our home and the buyers home inspector found a few minor plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. We called and within 24 hours everything was fixed to meet code. The team worked very fast and were polite throughout the entire process. They ensured they met every need of the inspector. The price knocked it out of the park compared to some of these major plumbing companies where you are just paying for the name. So if you want your work done right and without paying an arm and a leg...this is definitely the company to call.

Will's Plumbing charged me $351.40 for 1-1/2 hours work - this was a labor charge only because my heater was under warranty for parts, YIKES!!! I had them do the work because they were recommended by the manufacturer, A.O. Smith. I think that $234. per hour of labor is a little excessive. The 2 gentlemen who came to fix my problem were very professional and left my water heater running well; however, I think it had a simpler required fix, but he kept assuring me it was the gas control valve (my heater is 2-1/2 years old). The only reason I believe it might have had a simpler fix is that the part inside that exhausts the air or carbon-dioxide was completely loose and because the pilot was turning on but turning off after about 30 seconds, it was the airflow that might have been the issue not the gas control valve, again, he kept assuring me it was the control valve, hey, but what do I know about plumbing! He gave me the price before he did the work and I mentioned to him that I thought $351. was expensive since it was only labor, and he said, that was the charge for this job. Since I am fairly new to San Antonio and never before having required a plumber while living here, I thought ok, they must charge a lot more for plumbing in SA than back home, but after checking with a few friends who are San Antonian's, they too, said it was excessive. I called and spoke to the manager Samantha and she stated that's what they charged and no compensation because they are a plumbing company that has a good reputation and do good work. I said, but $234. per hour for the work seems more than they should charge - I'm thinking maybe $80 per hour - she stated, we have licensed plumbers, and office people and others to pay and we charge per job not by the hour. She tells me, you don't know what it takes to keep a company in business...on and on. After much discussion and the fact that she was getting very defensive, I finally told her that our conversation is over and hung up. She also said they were the number 1 company on Angie's list...YIKES, again. Angie's list and the manufacturer will hear from me about this excessive charge. The bottom-line is they didn't care to satisfy and keep a customer, apparently.

Eric was very knowledgeable and explained every thing that needed to be done. My toilet is working like new now. I definitely will be using J.R.'s Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!
