These guys are great. They are on time and honest with the work being done and are very diligent with letting the customer know whats going on and tend to be very informative about the problem and the solution. 10/10 would call back and will be calling back with any other plumbing issues.

Great service on a Sunday morning. The phone dispatcher gave me a realistic timeline and called back. It was refreshing experience to have someone actually calling back with knowledge of the situation. I ended up going a different direction but will definitely keep them in mind in future.

This company was a first for me and I’m so glad I called them! Karl and his daughter were so kind and he explained everything to me before he did it. I had a toilet issue and he fixed it! City Base was quick and responsive when we called. When David arrived (exactly at the start of the repair window), he clearly explained the options I had for repair and the cost of each choice. He set straight to work to get it fixed and showed me the repair when completed. I really appreciate his hard work and honesty. 10/10

Justin came out ahead of schedule. He corrected the leaking pipe and went a step further to help identify another slow leak at the house! Caliente is always fast , professional and competitive with their customers!

I forgot that I had placed a necklace with a diamond in a small container with Bobby pins that was on the shelf in the bathroom. Tim and his partner installed new faucets. They left the room without cleaning up the sink and floor area after themselves. When I remembered the necklace the next day, it was gone. I looked everywhere for several months and it never was found. Also, one faucet drain diverter did not work after installation. Gerald and James returned and corrected this without a separate charge. Previously. I had received good work from this company from other plumbers.

Would not recommend this company. I needed my gas line checked so that I could pass a city inspection. They detected a leak and said they would have to go back to the shop to get the parts. They return about 45 minutes later and make the repair. The line is tested again and there is still a leak. They aren't finding the leak anywhere so they advise they will have to tear out holes in the kitchen and remove cabinets and countertops away from the wall. After doing so they still can't locate the leak. Then they tell me they can just replace the entire gas line instead for $2,600 since they cant find the leak. Knowing that this amount is absurd I just tell them to stop whatever they are doing. So they then give me a bill for $850, even though they were not able to solve my problem. I guess Guarantee Plumbing means that they Guarantee they won't fix your problem, but still charge you for it.

Mai Vu Plumbing is amazing!! They solved a problem for me that no other plumbers could figure out, and for less money than I was quoted by everyone else. Great customer service and fast response- I highly recommend!!

They are professional and call ahead of appointment all the time, also very detailed about explainingthe situations at the time while working to fix it. They will not leave until problems are fixed.
