These guys were great to work with and we're incredibly nice and incredibly fast. They came out on Christmas Eve to repair a pipe. They listened to a lot of my questions and even double checked to make sure that there was no additional damage after they had completed the job. I would highly recommend them.

We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning. It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge! Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue. He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs. Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves. It's not often you hear people talk about integrity, and doing the right thing by charging a pair price while they provide great service. You will if you hire Mr. Mitchell & crew. He is the needle in the haystack.

Chris and Gilbert showed up to take a look at an issue that I was having and were able to show up about an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled time which was fantastic. They were able to identify the issue along with the corrective actions and even took a look at the other toilets in the house to make sure there were no other issues that could happen. The total job was finished within half and hour and they cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. They were extremely polite and professional and I would highly recommend them to any friends and family in the future.

I absolutely had the best service by Jon Jon and Pedro and by the big bosses who gave us a free estimate. We called on a weekday at 8 am and they came to our house at 9 am same day to give us the free estimate and gave us the right amount of info and a great quote. They offer many warranties as well. We decided to use them and made an appointment quickly. They cleaned up all their mess and was careful to keep an eye out on our dog as she wanted to go outside. I’m very happy with City Base Plumbing and I know others will, too.

Tsanko is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable plumber. After I called him he arrived very quickly, assessed the situation, and gave me a fair estimate. He thoroughly explained everything, scheduled the work for a few days later, and returned when he said he would. He finished the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. We've called Big City multiple times over the years to fix leaks, and each time they've been awesome - they've arrived in a timely manner and have been very professional and knowledgeable.In our latest experience, we had some work done by a different plumber that failed repeatedly to properly install a fitting underground to fix a leak and wasted tons of money and time with them. After that frustrating experience, we opted to call Big City to try and fix their mess. They came out and put a proper installation on our pipe and gave us a great warranty on their work. When we discovered that there was a new tiny leak with their repair, they quickly came out and fixed it again and did not charge for the 2nd fix and gave us a brand new warranty on the 2nd repair, without any hassle.I'll never call anyone but Big City again, they're fantastic to work with. Shoutout to Cris and Luiz for the excellent service!

This is a complete sham of a plumbing company. They plumbed my new home construction & it’s never functioned properly. They refuse to stand behind their service & product. If I could give them zero stars I would! Stay away; find someone else before you become their next victim.

Crystal was the maintenance technician that came out to do the winter service on the heater system. She was on time, pleasant and very professional. She did a thorough job on both the inside and outside unit. After Crystal finished servicing the units she came back to me with a detailed sheet listing what she did and explained in full detail everything on the sheet. Crystal also allowed time for me to ask any questions that I had in which she immediately answered. She is very knowledgeable and also offered great advise in how to continue to keep the system running efficiently. I will definitely be requesting her to come back to do the spring maintenance on the system. She's a good one...ask for her...you won't be disappointed.
