I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

We have used Road Runner Plumbing several times. They replaced my pressure-reducing valve, water softener, they found a small water leak outside my house and water heater. They actually found out the the water heater was still under warranty and helped save money.This time around we needed to replace our fixtures in the master bedroom. I had a few questions and the owner Chris stopped by and answered all of my questions and concerns. They have fair prices, knowledgeable technicians and they kept me updated on status of what was done. Unprofessional, incorrect information given by operator on initial call. Didn’t fix the issue with the first visit, had to come out again and wanted to charge an additional amount for something that was still broken. Peter and his helper that came out today didn’t even want to stay to try and help the issue while I was on the line with the operator trying to understand the wrong quote given on the phone. During which, the guys outside were in a hurry to leave and didn’t want to wait while we sorted out the price details. When Travis, the owner, called after the fact he said that the operator doesn’t have the correct information because she isn’t the technician. Hmm, but she is the front line of your company right? He wanted to argue and be unprofessional. I understand it’s Christmas Eve, people want to be home with their families but do not give out incorrect information to begin with, don’t schedule your workers to work when the don’t want to and don’t argue with customers *after* the fact. I am well aware that “services aren’t free” as Travis so *professionally* stated, but if the issue is still not working after they’ve attempted to fix the drain with a snake (even though we told them we already did that), a little ownership and good business ownership should at least be felt and offered try to help the situation and understand where the customer is coming from instead of arguing to try and keep their pride.

They were very professional and they did a very good job. Alex talk to my mom who has dementia and showed a lot of respect for her I thought that was very kind.

On a recent evening we noticed that a section of our living room carpet was wet and discovered a water leak under our kitchen sink. The hand cutoff was frozen tight, so I had to shut off the water at the water meter. The next morning, I called 210-Plumber, as recommended by a neighbor/friend. The plumber, Russell Walker, showed up at the correct time and promptly found and repaired the leaking problem and also replaced my old and inoperable hand cutoff. Mr. Walker was courteous, very knowledgeable, and customer friendly fellow. Good job and thanks 210 Plumber!

Eric was very knowledgeable and explained every thing that needed to be done. My toilet is working like new now. I definitely will be using J.R.'s Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Donny Belk from roto rooter came in and was able to take care of our problem in no time at all. HE was very professional and knowledgeable about the job at hand. He also had a great sense of humor? thank you Donny hopefully we won't need to call you again but if we do we will ask for you?

My parents are getting up there in years and their home needed an entire unit. Since their home is one of those older Ray Ellison homes, this required all new duct work also. The staff at Guarantee Plumbing made my parents so comfortable. They got them a great system that was efficient and would help out on their monthly electric bills. They did an amazing amount of work in a week's time. One of my mom's complaints was that it was always to hot in their back bedroom. We had to call the guys out a few days later to balance it out because she was getting cold in her room in the middle of the day. For my mom, that was heaven!

As an employee, I've come to realize this company holds quality above all else. They inspire me to do my best and to take pride in my work. I'd recommend Murray plumbing to any and all!

Pedro is the man! We had a water leak and all I needed was to shut off my water. I was willing to pay to get someone to do it if needed, but Pedro immediately gave me advice, asked for photos and even video chatted me to point me to my shutoff valve. He even told me how to fix the issue on my own by going to Home Depot. I will have him ready for the next time I cannot fix myself, highly appreciate the kindness and professionalism!!!?

Techs showed up exactly when they said they would and got right to work. Very professional and very friendly, Joe and Raymond went above and beyond with providing the best service. Would absolutely use Goettl again.

I called Schmidt Mechanical to get a second opinion on duct work repairs and I'm glad I did. Jared came out and did am assessment on our house and offered several options to fix out issue with certain rooms being hotter than others. They were able to rework a few runs and seal all the others. We weren't completely satisfied at first but Schmidt sent a technician out and he was able to resolve our concerns. Again this was a second opinion and they saved us over $8,000 and completed work another company said couldn't be done. They definitely earned a customer for life and I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, understanding, price and willingness to continue to come out until the job was done to 100% satisfaction. You don't often find companies like this so definitely refreshing when you do and to know they are not out to charge you for things you don't need.
