George Plumbing was able to get me an early as possible appointment for a substantial leak we had at the main pipe. They contacted me when times opened up and were able to come a day after I made the call! They were quick and professional; we're very satisfied with our experience.

I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing. They are licensed, honest and reliable. I had a leak on my water main and they came out within an hour on a Saturday morning. All the plumbers I called before could not come out until much later. The charge was reasonable and I was not without water for long. Thank you Mitch!!

Brandon arrived the same day I called. He very quickly identified the problem, gave us several courses of action, and made a plan to fix our water softner. He explained everything to us and very efficiently rebuilt our system and got our water running again. Would definitely recommend!

Called for water heater issue and a technician arrived the same day, researched the part needed and discovered mine was under warranty. Had the part the next day! The courtesy emails and texts kept me informed regarding the technician’s arrival time. Wally, the technician, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I will most definitely call CMC plumbing for future issues.

Awful experience. Lack of cooperation to help the customer. If you pay on your own they are willing to help but if you have insurance they won’t do nothing to help solve the problem Ms. Lidia in the office is only concerned about getting paid and not helping the customers. A job that another company solve for me in 20 minutes and only charge me $150 dollars. While Lidia kept me waiting 3 hole days to tell me anothe 3 hole days for them to make a diagnosis. I do not recommend this company. Having a plumbing problem is an emergency and for this company it is more important to leave at 5 pm than to serve .

These guys just did a plumbing repair for us & they deserve 10 Gold Stars. 1. They got out here QUICK. 2. They were VERY reasonably priced & stuck to their estimate.(actually their plumber did more than we even asked them to do; which was replace a pipe coming out of the wall). 3. Their man was very professional. He explained everything he was doing/ going to do & did a great job. What a fantastic surprise! And a Blessing.We need a toilet changed out in the next couple of weeks & the new one has been sitting in our garage for months because we were in a quandary about who to call. Now we know! (We had sinks installed in 2008 & it cost us everything but our first born. We were REALLY dreading this.)I can't recommend Alamo Plumbing Solutions highly enough!

Had an outside faucet leaking and called around to local plumbers who were either gonna charge for coming out or charge for an estimate. Since Roto Rooter would do both for free seemed like the obvious choice. The guy initially said $225 to replace the faucet. I’m ignorant when it comes to household repair let alone what the cost should be. I said that was more than I wanted to spend. He then countered with $175. Still to high. Then he asked me what I thought I should pay. Told him no more than $100. He said ok but he would charge for parts. I have no idea if I got a good deal or not. Just didn’t seem professional that we were going back and forth on prices.

Second time I used this business & once again impressed by the quality of service. Water leak, broken fixture. They got to us fast. David is friendly and efficient, his office staff is terrific in scheduling and follow up. Highly recommend. We esp appreciated the care they took in covering their faces and minimizing contact/exposure during covid19 period. Nice people who care about their customers.

I have used them twice in the last month and they’re quick to respond, friendly, professional, fairly priced. Everything! We’re lucky to have them here in San Antonio. I used them for an underground pipe repair and a broken water heater. They were responsive after hours for both and were very helpful at explaining options.

Josue did an outstanding job on our A/C unit. He was extremely professional and explained step by step the corrective action needed to fix our unit. I would definitely recommend Goettl and especially Josue to any and all needing repairs or preventative maintenance.

Not off to a good start. They haven't sent a plumber yet, but they almost did.I missed a call from them by no more than two seconds and they did not leave a message. I immediately called them back and was sent to their operator instead of whoever had tried calling. They got in touch with dispatch and they had sent the plumber to a different call already!Not only that, but the operator expressed essentially no sympathy or understanding to this extremely frustrating experience and the way she said Okay? at the end of the call, felt like a please shut up so I can help someone else now.So now I have to stressfully wait by my phone all day so I don't miss their next call. Let's hope their plumber (whenever they're sent) brings this three star review up to a four.

Brandon showed up right on time and did a super clean install of my water softener system. He was knowledgeable and gave me maintenance tips and advice when I had questions as well. I liked his work so much I scheduled in advance to have him come back out next year to flush my tankless water heater. Definitely give these guys a call.

Called Angel Plumbing after having some issues with an outdoor waterline leak. Gene the owner was out within 30 minutes and had the problem corrected within an hour.
