We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning. It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge! Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue. He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs. Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves. It's not often you hear people talk about integrity, and doing the right thing by charging a pair price while they provide great service. You will if you hire Mr. Mitchell & crew. He is the needle in the haystack.

Update: A month after getting a new ac and heating unit we had problems when a cold front came in and we found out we did not have heat. Mario came back out and troubleshooted the system. He figured out the problem and got the heat on. He insured us that a crew will be out the following week to do new wiring throughout our system to have proper connections. Grateful for the honest work.Our AC went out and we called this company Sunday morning. Mario came out and reviewed our entire ac and heating system. He took pictures and showed us what he could fix now and what has been repaired before. He gave us all the information we needed and we had many options with in our budget to get our AC back up and running.

Unclogged toilets

Joe and all his employees are truly amazing, they started working the day they came out to give us a quote. They had to repair a busted pipe under the toilet and wasted no time getting started they gave us an estimate of when the Job would be done and they finished early. Customer service with every single person we worked with was amazing!!

Chris from Roto-Rooter came out late on a Saturday night to replace an outside water faucet that we broke off accidentally. He worked quickly and did a professional job! We would recommend Roto-Rooter anytime!!!

I highly recommend Goettl! I scheduled an $80 drain clearing and I must say I was skeptical about it really only costing $80 to clear the drain. But it was exactly that and more! Darean texted us to let us know when he was on his way and he that he was gonna do the job the right way not the easy way & that we would be happy happy happy. Again, we were skeptical. Boy were we wrong! Darean was professional and knowledgeable and worked hard to clear drain all with a smile!! He was at our home a few hours and after clearing drain he said he would be back the next day and would put a camera down drain to inspect and provide us with an estimate to fix. He left and didn’t ask for payment. Again we were skeptical thinking uh oh tomorrow we will get a huge bill for all of this. He came back next day, showed video and provided us an estimate to repair and asked for pymnt of $80!!! It was the best experience hands down! Me and my husband kept looking at each other like this is awesome! Our faith in a company to do a good job and not try to rail road us into something has been restored. Called A+ San Antonio 's Best Plumbers after getting some high priced quotes for plumbing pipe repair from other companies. They are very responsive and was able to fit us into their schedule. Affordable, honest and reliable. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

I am grateful to San Antonio Plumbing for its service my last 2 Plumbing needs. It was scary to have a leak in my foundation. Joseph worked quickly and efficiently to find the manifold so he could stop the leak and repair it. His apprentice Jacob is a hard worker, too. I will use S.A. Plumbing for future needs as well.
