Shawn & Will were great! They educated me on how the water softener works and showed me everything they did to fix the leak. They also took care of insulating some exposed pipes & swept the salt residue in the garage since they finished in just under an hour. Their customer service is outstanding. I simply had to come back and add to this review. This time we had an air conditioner emergency on a Sunday after hours. The company was so responsive and made me feel like a VIP customer. Mario was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Throughout the entire time, he kept a positive and friendly attitude. There was no point in which I felt like a burden for needing assistance. He answered all of my questions and provided extremely helpful education. This was a great experience that will leave a lasting positive impression!I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to respond! I had an emergency after hours and had a plumber dispatched out in no time! The agency made sure to contact me when Andrew was on the way, and then I received a text letting me know more about him so I could know who to expect. He was very professional and courteous. He gave a great quote and worked quickly to get the water back on. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I cant even tell you how fast these guys get it done. The landlord for the house i live in had been working on it for two weeks and i called them for a rescue finishing it less than half that time.

We had a broken pipe in our shower wall. Michael, the plumber from Roto Rooter in San Antonio, arrived and assessed the damage. Luckily, once he got in there and started, it wasn't as bad as we thought. After 6 hours of hard work, I'm pleased to say that my shower is back in operation!! Michael was very pleasant and did an excellent job! Would definitely recommend Michael and his company to all my friends and family!!!

Settle in, this is going to be lengthy, but worth it. On a Saturday night our AC stopped blowing cold air and it hit 80 INSIDE the house by 330am. We changed the filters, collected our pupper and left for the day (about 1030a). We came back around 7p to an 86 degree, 1638sqft home. We are first time homeowners in our new home for just about a month. Our inspection went well, they only recommended a general service call for the unit. We hadn't gotten around to that yet and we won’t make that mistake again (Thanks to Comfort-Air... just hang on, I'm getting there). We had called our Home Warranty people that Sunday morning but it soon became clear that we weren’t going to have a functioning AC unit until Wednesday. Needless to say we didn’t stay home that night. I had requested HVAC recommendations on Facebook and as they started flooding in, I started taking notes and took matters into my own hands. I called a few places, checked trip charges, fees, availability - the norm. I narrowed it down to Comfort Air and someone else. The 'someone else' didn’t work out. When I had originally spoken to Sara at Comfort-Air, she was extremely helpful and EMPATHETIC (that was a nice change of pace). She explained all kind of things to me and ultimately, because of that, we chose Comfort-Air. When I called back and spoke to Amberlee, she was awesome as well!! She ran down what would happen, what to expect, how long it should take and what would happen if they needed a part. They both listened to what I was saying - ACTUALLY listened; I didn’t have to repeat info later. Both Ladies weren’t just helpful with our existing issue, we even signed up for their Maintenance Plan. It’s probably the best deal I have EVER heard of. For ONLY $195 A YEAR ( A YEAR!!!!!) they come out and do TWO service calls for general upkeep/maintenance (Spring maint/Fall maint). As we all know, proper maintenance of anything makes it last longer and work properly. If I can pay Amazon $120 a year for free shipping then this is a no brainer. This even includes two pounds of Freon per year (Per unit, I believe but you should ask Sara, Amberlee or Laurie). If you need a service call, this maintenance plan WAIVES their service fee!! ($90.00 as of 06/27/18) When the technician arrived to do the work, he was knowledgeable, respectful, worked with a sense of urgency but efficiently. He talked us through the whole thing in laymen’s terms. He wasn't in and out of the house 10 times checking one thing or another, making it HOTTER in the house. He did his evaluation of each component, determined the issue and resolved it. He even stuck around for another 15 minutes to MAKE SURE it was working properly. It was so nice to see a person take pride it what they are doing and represent their company so well, and under pretty hot working conditions (I did give him ice water while he was working and a snack for the road). Ultimately, call Comfort-Air. It was the best decision I could have made. HUGE HUGE HUGE thank you to our Serviceman Maziarj, and to the ladies in the office who put up with my panic. HAHA! Changing from 5 to 1 star. I bought a $15,000 a/c system. Very friendly salesman. Agreed to buy an upgraded 4 in air filter. This was not installed. Manager called me and was very nice. Advised the air filter I purchased was going to take to long to order so he said he would give their best electrostatic airfilter and install it the next day because I was getting my ducts cleaned also. It was never installed. This was a month ago. I called customer service and was advised she saw that it was being ordered and call me to set up an apt. This never happened. I called yesterday when I noticed my ladder was missing. The salesman used it to get in my attic and left it there and the installers used it all day. I informed customer service of this a d he said the manager would call me about the filter and my ladder. This never happened . They also got the concrete putty they used all over my wall and baseboard. It seems that once they make the sale they are no longer concerned. I'm very disappointed as they were very good and friendly at first but now I am paying for an air filter I don't have and missing my ladder and nobody will follow up with what they said they will do.

Cameron and Mason did an excellent job installing a new garbage disposal for us. They were considerate and professional. This our second time using Anchor Plumbing and we will continue to do so if needed in the future.

Evenflow provided the most for the least and all their professionals & the work they provided was amazing, dedicated and most professional! Replaced original 1960 something AC main, ground, CPS connection, circuit breakers and two new lines to this centuries standards!! Very pleased!
