Initially, they helped with a leaking toilet and appeared to do quality work. They were referred to me. Although my first scheduled appointment was cancelled last minute, I was pleased with the work.

Fast forward about 60 days when the same toilet was not working properly. I had a plumber come out to check the lines. Same plumber that had referred me for the removal and resealing and placing/grouting the toilet. It was determined the lines were completely clear so they suggested I contact Plum Crazy again. It may have something to do with the job they did.

I called several times and never received a return phone call. So unprofessional and unacceptable. Return the call! PERIOD! Stand by your work.

Since they did not have the professionalism to call me back, the original plumber came back and took care of the issue created by Plum Crazy; which ended up being a foreign object was left when the commode was replaced. It was a wire.

Anyway, I would strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from hiring Plum Crazy. Unprofessional, and certainly do not stand behind their work!

I simply stated what was found, not that the plumber assisting said you had left a tool. Perhaps you should call people back when you have performed service and are paid to stand by your work. Had you actually responded to the four attempts of me trying to reach you to address the problem rather than not communicating at all, you would have been able to see what the problem was and make your own assessment. Notice that you are focused on yourself and not me, the customer, or standing behind your work. Thank goodness I have the ability to warn others that you do not take the proper care to respond to your customers.

Spoke with the wife who was extremely helpful and friendly. We had an emergency situation that we didn't find until 4:30pm. Terrell was out THAT evening by 7:15pm. Terrell is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and is scheduled to come back today to make the repair. Thanks All Seasons Plumbing! I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

Be wary if you are a tenant and your landlord calls this company. They have visited our home multiple times, unable to solve the ongoing plumbing issues. While we appreciate they were very prompt in tending to our issues, that level of service changed completely when their diagnosis in person differed from the invoice. My boyfriend asked many questions while the plumber was in our home including what caused the soft block and the plumber could not answer. Only toilet paper came out of the drain and when asked if he could look down the drain he stated he didn't have a camera. No flushable wipes were ever flushed or discussed. What the plumber said to us in person was completely different than the diagnosis presented on the invoice. When I called for clarification, Rebekka was very disrespectful. A professional company does not claim that a supposed overheard phone call through an open window is the basis for their plumbing diagnosis, which was her only explanation. Although we did not hire them, they did enter our home and expected the level of professionalism reflected in their reviews. Unfortunately, they don't care about the people who live at the property they're servicing. Don't be fooled!

Stay away! The owner, Rebekka, is extremely rude and seems to be an expert in duplicity. Unprofessional in nature and completely uncaring. Despite the pandemic, the plumber entered our home without a mask or booties. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I called other plumming servicea and EB was the only one tonorivide same day service and not at a high orice. Eki, the owner, was very detailed in explaining the issue with our hot water heater. He was so very professional and really cared. I highly recommebd using Trust EB, with you plumbing needa. They are awesome!!

Anthony came in and fixed my plumbing issue right away. Very professional, polite, and respectful. He was very patient in answering all of my questions completely and I got to watch a professional at work. Anthony is very knowledgeable in his expertise, and I will definitely be requesting him personally for any future plumbing issues.Jason came in to check my A/C that morning. I had no knowledge of A/C units at all, and Jason was very informative in teaching me basic knowledge and routine maintenance of my specific unit. If I have any future A/C needs, he's the guy I'll call.

Last month I had a leak in my guest bath and my technician Bobby was very professional and thorough. He found out where the leak was coming from and went over the work that had to be done before writing up the invoice.(No surprises). He went above and beyond my expectations and what I loved most was he cleaned up the area like new. I'll definitely continue to use Friend's Plumbing in the future.

my outside faucet on my house broke off when I was doing yard work. Panicked, I called Rooterman. They were at my home within the hour of me calling. He was able to fix the issue. Very happy with the cost. I’ll definitely be saving their number in my phone for any future plumbing.

They fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. They saved our floors and carpets from damage with their quick action. The price was very fair. I am very happy with the service.
