Bob Frank Sewer & Drain Cleaning

Estimate to install water heater I provided was 4-5 hundred dollars. Was charged $568. Plus one water line is pushed over with top being about 6 off center from base. Looks very bad.

This company is amazing! I had a leak in my bathroom and when I called the customer service was phenomenal, they showed up when they said they would and didn’t cost an arm and a leg! Highly recommend!!!

Very pleased !! I needed to have the plumbing drain pipes inspected to determine the integrity while doing a home remodel. I spoke to the manager of a plumbing supply distributor... told him what i needed done and he recommended Bob Frank Plumbing as he said they are honest and will do a good job. So, I called them, set an appt and they were there on time and completed the job. Bob told me the pipes were in good shape. I will be scheduling them to connect the new plumbing fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen when im ready.

They charge $165 for a service call even to inspect work that they did.
I called Bob Frank Plumbing to video my sewer lines and find out where the blockage was. They replaced a 2 ft piece of sewer line and installed a new sewer line clean-out for $735. This was expensive repair but they did a good job. I then had a problem 2 months later and they came back to check it out. They charged me $165 for 30 minutes of work. They do good work but this company is extremely expensive.

Had a tech out within the hour and cleared the drain within 15 minutes happy I called. Thank you Bob franks

Had a back-up from my sink to the dishwasher. They responded the same day. The work is good and the price reasonable. They have resolved a number of plumbing issues over the past 15+ years. Always the same great response.

They did a good job replacing my water heater however I have a whistle whenever I turn on any faucet that is annoying. They were suppose to research and get back to me but still haven't heard from them.

Ray came out and after much head scratching he traced the whistle to the backflow values on the water meter. City came out and replaced 2 of the values and NO More whistle!

I have old cast iron sewer lines. Bob Frank came out on a Saturday to unclog the lines for $140 less than the last plumber I used for an emergency call. Then I had them come back to do an evaluation with a camera. They were thorough, mapping out all the lines under my house and made some very easy recommendations to keep the health of my current lines..... without trying to up-sell me on chain knocking them clean or lining with PVC or replacing everything. If you want HONESTY, useful information, recommendations and good options. This is the plumber to be using. Thank you so much!!

I called them recently for a leaky galvanized pipe in the back yard. They did a quality job installing copper pipe and at a reasonable price as well.

Very friendly service did a very great job I've used them for years and never had a problem or ever had to have them come back because something wasn't done correctly

Bob is the most helpful knowledgeable plumber in St.Pete. The only one who could diagnose my issue, determined the back up was from city main line, and had the city out within 20 minutes to work on it. These guys are the best!

One of there drivers almost ran me off the road trying to skip over 3 lanes on the highway within 20 feet. Almost making me hit another vehicle. Wish I could’ve gotten the vehicle number.

Just had a great experience. We had an urgent plumbing problem. I called at 9pm on a Monday night. Two plumbers were at my house in less than 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem right away. They fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. They saved our floors and carpets from damage with their quick action. The price was very fair. I am very happy with the service. I will call them the next time I need a plumber.

Great service

Had another company come out for a leaking drain pipe in our crawlspace. They wanted $2432 to replace the entire pipe and demanded a $500 deposit before they would schedule. So I got a second opinion from Bob Franks, they said all I need to replace were 2 leaking elbows for $260 and they fixed it on the spot! Good hard working honest people. I highly recommend you use them.

Phil came out in less than 30 minutes and fixed my families water. The outside hose came off from the wall and was shooting water everywhere. Phil fixed it right away! Very happy with how quick he came

I hired them to clear some items out of a shower drain at my rental house. They charged me $225 and told me it was clear and that they pulled hair out. Then the drain backed up again so badly that my husband had to cut the P-trap out and there were all of the items that I hired the plumber to remove. I called and asked for a refund for a job not completed. After getting the runaround, the technician, Jamie, called me back to tell me there would be no refund but I should email the paid invoice to his wife for him to review. Then, I was ghosted for days with no response either way. They are crooks and don't know what they are doing professionally.

Two plumbers came out to fix a severe sewage block at our home. They were polite, knew what they were doing, and we were very glad that our contractor referred us to Bob Frank.

Poor customer service, lady answered when asked about two estimates one a washer waste line and the other water line replacement she abruptly said we don't do water line replacement and hung up. Rude. Never will call then again, learn some customer service skills.

Called to fix an issue I was having with my shower. Bob Frank Plumbing was immediate in getting out to fix my problem, they had someone on site an hour after my call. They also kept excellent communication with me throughout the process (I was not home when they came to fix). I would absolutely recommend them.

This company is ripping people off!!
Taking adavntage..they charged me $285.$ to snake my toilet drain..I saw another review , the guy thought 185.$ was too expensive..This is CRAZY..

I've used these folks a few times now. My tenants clogged the main line coming from the house. Bob Franks was out there later that day and took care of it. Told us the problem was most likely the TP they were using. When I talked to the tenants, it was confirmed they were using the TP that doesn't break down quickly. Swapped it out then no more problems...until the next tenant who ignored our recommendations and clogged the line again. This time Bob Franks gave me a discount on cleaning out the clog, and they also installed an additional cleanout to make servicing easier in the future. Good group of folks, and honest. I'll use them again no questions asked.

After calling several plumbing companies such as Roto Rooter, Ben Franklin Plumbing, Chuck's Plumbing, Cornerstone Pro's, I was not comfortable with any of these companies. I could not get a straight answer from any of them. I was thrilled to speak with Bob Frank Plumbing as they provided me a price range for addressing my plumbing issue. They had a technician at my property within one hour of my phone call and JAMES professionally FIXED the plumbing issue at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company for professionalism, immediate service, and reasonable pricing.

This morning I went to plant a tree and wound up busting the spigot at the front of my house. After a bit of frustrated tinkering myself, I called a professional. James and Joe arrived within 15 minutes of my call and finished the job beautifully within an hour. I'm very happy with the service The price was well worth it for me not to have to do it. It would have taken me all day and several trips to the hardware store.
I won't hesitate to use them in the future.

I was referred to Bob Frank Plumbing by my long time plumber, Don's Plumbing - the scope of the job was beyond my plumber so they referred me to these people, highly recommended them. They completed a big sewer job for me today and I could not be happier with pretty much everything. I found the guys easy to work with, honest and the price was very fair. They wrote down the wrong phone number for me after 30 years of using their service. I waited for a call before coming....they never showed up.

My sewer drain backed up. They came out and cleared the drain. They said they found roots in sewer drain. Next day it was backed up again. They came out a second time and scoped and cleaned and again said there were roots in the drain. Charged me twice.

Great to have the kitchen sink back in working order! We went 24 hrs trying to fix it ourselves using snakes and other solutions. Nothing worked but I finally was told by my neighbor (who can fix just about anything) to call the professional and boy am I glad I did! He said Bob Frank Plumbing knows there stuff and he recommended them. So glad I listened to him!

Called for pricing and it was like pulling teeth. Guy answering phone appeared to be under the influence of something. He was not knowledgeable and was rude. I can't imagine how they have any business.

Absolutely RUDE people!!! Call to have them do commercial account and they say we don't do commercial? Yet the WEBSITE cleary states otherwise! This company is a TOTAL JOKE! do not hire them.
