Andrew saved us! He walked into the middle of a bathroom remodel disaster, and calmly and professionally fixed and completed the work the previous plumber was unable to deal with. He is the only plumber we will be using, the best, period.

Andy and Jacob fixed a plumbing disaster at my house. There was great communication with them throughout the repair process. I knew what to expect and they answered all my questions. The payment process was easy. Andy is a calm guy and that made the situation easier. I highly recommend their services

I don’t have negative option on rating panel neither give -5 star for this, called and schedule appointment for 3 times and no one show up and no one able to pickup the call or return the call back from voicemail, so in service industry this is they perform so I don’t know how they provide solution and after repair what will be the answer !!!!!!! Sorry for this but I would not refer this company for any plumbing work.

Looked online for a plumber last minute, due to another plumber having to cancel. I could not have been happier with Andrew! He was able to fix my problem in a very timely manner, and was very courteous, professional and his rates/cost was extremely competitive. I would highly recommend using this company! I have again and recommended to another family member.

The service by Plumb Crazy Plumbers Inc. was fantastic. The plumber was professional and on time. He was able to find a source for a new valve for the shower and replace the one that was 10 years old without damaging my existing tile. I would highly recommend them.

No show no call. Cost me a lot of money. I had to give guests there money back... Unfortunate.

Plumb Crazy came in after a DIY project gone way wrong. They were honest, gave us options, showed when they said, did a professional completion of the work and I am going to contact them again soon...cause we didn't learn from our first trying to do it ourselves.

We hired Plumb Crazy Plumbers for a very big master bath job basically starting from scratch, which included rerouting a toilet line, installing a sink, new lines and plumbing for a freestanding tub, and running new drains and lines for a washer/dryer combo. They were priced right, showed up and were friendly. Would recommend!

I am installing a water treatment system and I needed some preliminary plumbing done for the installation. Andy came by today to look at the job I needed. He assessed it, got the parts and did the job. He did exactly what was needed it looked very professional.

This is the second time I have used Plumb Crazy and it's my second 5 star review. I highly recommend this company.

Great folks great prices

Andy is so fast, friendly and a true professional. When I called with an emergency, he was there FAST , found and fixed the problem quickly for a very reasonable price. I wouldn't call anyone else!

My home water softener replacement was to be a cinch. I planned it out to the final item....leaks occurring when exchanging the supply lines. I started my project early in the morning knowing I could reach a plumber to bail me out. Sure enough, the copper union from 23 years ago started to leak. I got on the phone and found P C Plumbers, Inc who came out in 2 hours. He was a third generation plumber, his name is Jacob.
A great lad, very meticulous and efficient. So glad he took care of my repair. So thankful.

These plumbers are very professional and detail oriented. I needed a leak to be fixed. The leak detector company I called, unfortunately didn't locate the correct spot were the leak was. After Andy and his team had jackhammered a hole in my floor, they realized the leak wasn't there. He recommended to call a leak detector company he had used before and they detected the exact location of the leak in a very short time! Andy and his team then proceeded to fix the leak, jackhammering again the cement under the carpet floor. They had to take out a lot of dirt and work mostly in the water. I was impressed by how clean and professionally they worked. The place was spotless after they left, and the price was fair. Would highly recommend them!

I called for a leak between the main and the house. Andrew was out within 45 minutes. Promptly found and repaired the leak for what I would consider a bargain price.

I discovered we had old leaky galvanized pipe between our meter and main shut off. One week of water usage was at $149. Not good. I called Plumb Crazy Plumbing (along with about five other companies) and he said he would be here in one hour. Another company showed up just before him and proposed a two day project (which would have left us without water for all that time. Andy, at Plumb Crazy looked over the job and came up with a fast effective solution to fully replace the main water line in one day. I hired him on the spot. And then he delivered, on time and with good quality. They even cleaned up the mess I made digging up the leak to do a temporary repair. That was above and beyond what they were hired for. I highly recommend Plumb Crazy Plumbers.

Very pleased with a last minute Saturday morning appointment to fix a plumbing issue with frozen washer supply valves. Andrew was very responsive, pleasant, and professional. Plus he diagnosed the problem and replaced the supply valves quickly! Such a pleasant experience!

Plumb Crazy Plumbers have always been professional and thorough with their repair/installation work. Their costs are extremely fair, and their staff is friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Initially, they helped with a leaking toilet and appeared to do quality work. They were referred to me. Although my first scheduled appointment was cancelled last minute, I was pleased with the work.

Fast forward about 60 days when the same toilet was not working properly. I had a plumber come out to check the lines. Same plumber that had referred me for the removal and resealing and placing/grouting the toilet. It was determined the lines were completely clear so they suggested I contact Plum Crazy again. It may have something to do with the job they did.

I called several times and never received a return phone call. So unprofessional and unacceptable. Return the call! PERIOD! Stand by your work.

Since they did not have the professionalism to call me back, the original plumber came back and took care of the issue created by Plum Crazy; which ended up being a foreign object was left when the commode was replaced. It was a wire.

Anyway, I would strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from hiring Plum Crazy. Unprofessional, and certainly do not stand behind their work!

I simply stated what was found, not that the plumber assisting said you had left a tool. Perhaps you should call people back when you have performed service and are paid to stand by your work. Had you actually responded to the four attempts of me trying to reach you to address the problem rather than not communicating at all, you would have been able to see what the problem was and make your own assessment. Notice that you are focused on yourself and not me, the customer, or standing behind your work. Thank goodness I have the ability to warn others that you do not take the proper care to respond to your customers.

I had a toilet back up in my house in the middle of the night and called plumb crazy plumbers and the owner him self came out and unclogged my drain and had me back up and going in no time at all.

They showed up 1 hr 20 mins late for a 9:30am appointment. Charged $225 to unclog the main pipe going out to the street. I asked for quotes on some additional work and they never called back even after I left a message.
They were professional.

Always clean and efficient on the job site. Beautiful copper work and opening walls so nicely that the drywall slots back in !

Andy works very organized so that he moves through the plumbing tasks in a way that allows him to continue moving forward on the task yet back checking to confirm a good pipe seal without wasting time or closing up the wall or cabinet too soon.

Awesome experience all around. Had a pipe burst under my shower Saturday morning. They recommended a leak detector, and after he pinpointed the leak, they came out. Did a walk through gave me some options and I opted for a repipe (old house with original pipes). Estimate was spot on, they did minimal damage to to walls. Nice guys and they even cancelled a commercial job they had lined up to make sure my job was done. I'd call them again, but they did such a good job I doubt I'll need too. Don't hesitate to call, especially in an emergency, they are honest, upfront and do solid work.
