my outside faucet on my house broke off when I was doing yard work. Panicked, I called Rooterman. They were at my home within the hour of me calling. He was able to fix the issue. Very happy with the cost. I’ll definitely be saving their number in my phone for any future plumbing.

It's never good to have plumbing issues, but especially not fun around the holidays. I got great service over the phone when scheduling and with the plumbers in person. Prices seemed fair and they didn't charge to come back out and tweak the issue a week later. Thank you Jean and Rob.

Jack came out and unclogged the sewer line quickly. Very helpful. I was super stressed before they showed up as everything was clogged.

5 star service! I always call Rooter-man for any issues I have, my most recent being my garbage disposal smoking 😱😱😱 They were fast to get to my house and were great at installing and making sure the new one I really needed was working! All at an affordable price! I wouldn’t expect anything less they are just the best!!! Thank you a million! I’ve previously used them for my leaking bathroom sink and toilet when I bought my house and again when my water softener started leaking!

Where to start ... Wish I could give less than 1 star! First problem was that these guys set up TWO different 2-hour windows to meet and give me an estimate to install a new septic system in my Bradenton home. The first appointment was missed, nobody called and nobody showed up on a Friday. When I called Monday morning to find out what happened to Friday I was lied to. I was told that I was called and that a voicemail was left. I had NO missed calls and NO voicemails. When I asked what time the call was they couldn't tell me. When I asked when they could come back out they said Oh we have you rescheduled for 3-5 pm TODAY. I said it would have been nice for someone to let me know that before just rescheduling but I jumped through hoops to make their window work again. Guess what, at 5:30 I had not received a call again and nobody showed up again ... so I called. They told me their guy was still on his last job so I informed them that I was boarding a plane and gave them a second number to call when they were on the way. Same story this time except Neither number was called, again, and once again nobody showed up. I spent the next two days trying to get hold of a manager so they could at least be informed of the issues that they were having. I received 1 voicemail from someone named Caitlin. I called her back 30 minutes later, two hours later and the final time at the end of the day but she never called back nor returned my calls. I called the main number today and she answered. When I tried explaining what had happened she said Are you REALLY calling me just to tell me this? Not Kidding. This is one of their managers so it's no surprise that this is the attitude of their team, phone service and I can only imagine what the actual work would look like! Since they had such TERRIBLE customer service I went ahead and booked with a company who actually showed up on time. They answered my questions and they were professional. What a concept! You guys need to work on your phone skills, your professionalism and your overall attitudes. I just singed a contract with your competitor today for a $15,750 system. Guess your company doesn't need revenue.

Needed an “emergency” shower valve repair on Sunday afternoon. Called and got an appointment for between 4 & 5 PM. Chris arrived at 4:20 and took less than 30 minutes to do the repair with parts that I had already purchased. Charged a reasonable service charge and we are back in business water wise. Chris was very professional and personable.

Called to have a plumber come out to fix tub faucet. Was told after 4 p.m. for arrival. Called to check status as I heard nothing and kept getting told that plumber would show up. Was told that I was next in line at 6:45 p.m. and it should take about an hour. Never ended up hearing anything from them at all and no one showed up or called. Do not go with this company unless you want to waste your time with someone that does not value their customers.

Update to reply by owner for updated information: I did call back this morning in order to inquire about why no one showed up. The same woman that kept promising to me that they would come yesterday with an annoyed tone in her voice answered and told me well I was going to give you a $100 credit but I saw your review, so not sure if I can. I inquired about setting something up with this and due to my schedule it was going to have to be later again. Because it started to feel like a similar setup to yesterday I was a bit skeptical, so I stated the desire to just make a few calls first and then to call back and let them know. The woman stated sir if you call other businesses I will not put you on the schedule. I reiterated desire to just determine how I wanted to proceed by making some calls first and to let them know and she immediately hung up on me. This is a testament to how customer service is not valued here and how once again my time was wasted. Instead of working with me to help make it right they just continued to be rude and disrespectful.

Your phone person was very rude. She did not look up an invoice from 2017 (repair) to assist me in identifying the size & date of water heater since my copy was faded. She had no conern that I needed a plumber, a new water heater and a repipe job. This company apparently has enough business and they didn't want mine. Perhaps they may only work with customers who don't have questions; however, I don't spend $$ with people who are unwilling to assist in the emergency of ankle deep water. What a nasty unhappy sounding women and she was the representation of this business. I found a plumbing company that was professional because Rooter Man is more like Ruder Woman. Wowza
