We had a leak in our shower and we called Friends Plumbing based on customer reviews. Jack came out and finished the repair in a very short time, and more importantly he communicated with us what the repair entailed.
He was very professional and told us about Friend’s policy of consistent pricing.

After calling 9 plumbers for emergency service, called Friends. They gave me an appt that day, were kind, professional and courteous. The plumber that came to my home, was also kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The rates were reasonable! Thank you so much. I will surely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

We have had Friend's Plumbing for 30+ years, since we have lived in our house. And they have done many jobs for us. The most recent was a new vanity we had installed and needed a new faucet installed and also we needed new turn off valves. Technician Dan Wheeler showed up for the job, on time and as scheduled. Dan was very prompt in getting the job done, and cleaned up when done. We will continue to use Friend's Plumbing as long as we are in need of a Plumber.

Nicky Woods was professional and did a great job. He explained the services thoroughly and arrived as he said . He left the job site clean as well.

David from Friend's Plumbing originally came out to give us a quote on changing the plumbing in our master bath from a single sink to dual sinks. While this project was in progress we had a leak from an upstairs condo come down into our kitchen and utility room causing mold and the complete tear out of both rooms walls and cabinets. Friend's responded immediately when we needed the hot water heater pulled out so we could get in to tear out the drywall. David has been back numerous times since to finish our vanity, install a new tankless hot water heater, and to rearrange the piping for a revised kitchen layout. Always prompt, courteous, and does great work.

Fantastic service. Needed to get a replacement water heater after ours started to leak. I called around to numerous different places and got a wide range of prices for basically the same water heater. Many of them added additional prices such as travel fees, permits, etc. Friends was not only the most reasonable in price, they were straight-up and fair in their quote, not adding any unnecessary fees. They were up the same day, very professional, quick install with Friendly service. Dan Wheeler was amazing, looks like I found my new Plumbing Service.

While vacationing at my daughter's and son-in-law's in Clearwater, we had an emergency because of a broken outdoor faucet in the outside wall. David, the plumber with Friends was terrific. He not only took care of it quickly, but added some humor along the way making me feel much better about it, although it had flooded several rooms. Keep Dave, he's terrific!! Thanks to Friends for taking care of it quickly and efficiently!

Excellent service and actually cares about getting customers jobs done. Called at around 9 PM on a Thursday and they were out within 30 minutes. I had George as the plumber and he replaced an old GE water heater that was busted and leaking with a new (Rheem) one from their shop. Friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing since I was curious/asking.

I also want to stress that they've won my business for future needs, and that they answered their 24/7 line and I got a phone call back very quickly. I had called two other plumbers: Benjamin Franklin wanted me to wait until Saturday (I had to shut my water off) because it was sprinkling outside (we don't dispatch in inclement weather), which was a joke. Roto-rooter came out, looked at it and said we can't do that until the morning and it'll be a 2 man job... their plumber also had no idea what a tankless water heater was when I asked about it.

Friend's plumbing (George) came out, looked at it, gave me an estimate/quote and started working right away.

Nick and Chris arrived timely, quickly assessed the concern, reviewed pricing with me, completed the repair quickly and correctly. Both were very professional and courteous. The prices were very reasonable.....

Alex from Friend’s Plumbing has provided excellent service on two unrelated plumbing problems. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is an excellent communicator in explaining the problems and what needs to be done to repair the problem.

Two young men came to my mobile home and repaired a broken pipe and ran a new hot water feed to my dishwasher in a short period of time. They were professionals. I can't recommend this Company enough. They are terrific!

My landlord was there when the plumber arrived. He said the gentleman was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing ... moved with confidence and wasted no time. When I got back I was very pleased with the results. (The price was also very reasonable.)

Last month I had a leak in my guest bath and my technician Bobby was very professional and thorough. He found out where the leak was coming from and went over the work that had to be done before writing up the invoice.(No surprises). He went above and beyond my expectations and what I loved most was he cleaned up the area like new. I'll definitely continue to use Friend's Plumbing in the future.

Excellent work, fair price. They fixed McGills Plumbing inept garbage work. Friends plumbing came out on a Saturday and fixed a problem I've been dealing with Mcgills plumbing for 2 weeks. Friends plumbing fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. McGill screwed up the work I hired them to do. . McGill incorrectly installed piping and charged me over $1400 for it. Then, refused to fix it correctly. Instead, McGill wanted to put a band-aid over their own screwed up work and then charge me more money to do it. If that's not bad enought, I would have wound up with something I never wanted. McGill Plumbing SUCKS. Friends Plumbing was awesome. They did the job right, quickly and for a very reasonable price. Jack, of Friends, was also totally cool having a great personality. I appreciate Friends plumbing and they now have a new customer. Want your work done right? Call Friends.
