We had a plumbing leak under the slab, and were referred to Graywater Plumbing. A leak detection service had previously located the leak, and Jeremy was able to get out quickly to give a bid. The next business day John and Denis came out and were able to quickly jackhammer the slab in the family room, locate it, and repair it. We had dreaded the process, but because of the amount of plastic sheeting they put up to seal in that narrow area, there was no dust from it in the rest of the house, even a few feet away. We recommend them highly!

I used Graywater to re-pipe my whole house recently, and it could not have gone smoother. Michael was very attentive to detail and immediately made me feel comfortable and that I could trust him. He was very tidy and cleaned up after himself every day before leaving, even cleaning up some things that we said he could leave for us to do. He made the work minimally intrusive for us, and even made our dog fall in love with him over 4 days of work.
The service is on point, the employees are professional and the prices are fair. I have only used them at my employers facilities a hand full of times, but they are our go-to plumbing service. John, a direct Graywater is our contact, and I intend to replace my current residential plumber with Graywater going forward.

I called Graywater late in the afternoon and they had Matt out to my house first thing the next morning. He was very professional and personable. He understood my situation, 3 toilets that needed to be lowered and re-seated due to new flooring. Each toilet had a unique problem with the flange and Matt had an effective solution for each scenario. He was thorough and resourceful and overall Graywater provided great service at a reasonable price.
The service was excellent fast and my plumber John was very accommodating. I highly recommend this company.

Graywater Plumbing just replaced all the cast iron plumbing in my house and did an excellent job. The team worked hard, there were issues with the stack that fell during the removal of the cast iron below. Thankfully no one was hurt and they were able to complete the job. The inspector found 1 minor issue and John came right back to fix the issue. The inspector came out again and approved the job. I highly recommend this company. They will be my plumber for any future needs.

I was so pleased with Graywater Plumbing and Jeremy's meticulous execution of the work performed that I asked Jeremy to repipe my entire house after finding out that many of the copper pipes at the property had corroded. The professional team at Graywater has served out clients at Rapid Response Team on hundreds of jobs, big and small. They give the highest degree of service and their knowledge and skills are superior! I would highly recommend them for any future jobs.
Years ago, they installed my watertank. Since have flushed it. And most recently, after lightening struck my house, they repaired my watertank by replacing thermostat and heating element.
I've used Graywater Plumbing for a recent job to add laundry connections and a tankless hot water heater and am about to embark on a larger project with them to repipe our whole house with pex.
So far their work has been excellent, they haven't had any inspection issues, and they've been incredibly accommodating. Their quotes are professional and reasonable, as are their staff.

They came out snd explained everything in laymen terms and answered any questions. They gave me options on the work needed to be done and were very reasonably priced. They were professional and knowledgable about their work. I would call them again and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing !

John from Graywater Plumbing was great. He called before arriving early on a Saturday and got to our house ready to work. He wasn't really sure what he was getting in to and neither were we, honestly! We had had another plumbing company out earlier in the week due to what we thought was a clog and we were told we had roots in our pipes. John was coming out to do a video surveillance of our pipes/sewer to identify where the roots were coming from and assess the damage. He tried to go in from the main stack on the roof, but there were so many twists and turns that the camera couldn't get down far enough. He tried to find a clean out line opening, only to find... we didn't have one. He quoted us a fair price and said he was able to put a clean out line in that day, as long as the pipes were in good condition. Thankfully, the pipes were decent enough to connect a new clean out line and John went right to work. He got the new clean out line installed and identified a few crimped areas on our sewer line. He also helped fix an incorrectly installed valve on our bathroom shower! When we address the sewer piping issues, we will definitely use Graywater. All of our interactions with Bekkie, Jeremy and John have been fast, courteous and honest. That's a hard trifecta to come by these days! We will definitely recommend Graywater Plumbing to friends and use them for our needs in the future! Thanks again, John, Jeremy and Bekkie - Graywater is great!

Look no further. While trying to force my hose off of my spigot in the front of my house I managed to break the pipe forcing me to have to turn my water off. I called 7 plumbers trying to get someone out today, luckily, number 8 was Graywater Plumbing. It was almost 4:00 in the afternoon and Rebecca answered my call. She said we will figure something out to get someone to your house today. She text me shortly after and said John would be at our house at 6:30. He showed up at 5:45. John did a wonderful job. Professional, thorough and quick. The cost of the job was unbelievably reasonable even though it was after hours. Graywater will now be my number one call when I need a plumber. I’ve already told my neighbors.
Rebekka and Jeremy were awesome. They had come out to my house in September due to a leak in my main water pipes. And then it occurred again in December. Both times they were extremely responsive and made us a priority to fix our problem. Both are extremely professional and personable. I highly recommend Graywater. They will take very good care of you.

Graywater Plumbing is fantastic. Jeremy may be one of the nicest guys you'll meet and he does exceptional work. We have an obnoxious live oak tree in our front yard that cracked the water main coming into the house. He was able to repair it quickly and with no damage to the yard. Awesome! He's a plumber, tour guide (recommended a couple restaurants to us), and great conversationalist. Graywater's rates were also significantly lower than the corporate plumbing companies. If you're looking for a reliable, responsive, professional plumber who does excellent work, and won't gouge you on the bill, look no further. It's also great to support small businesses! Diana was excellent for her customer service and communication. We had a water heater in bad shape, and she moved things around to get me scheduled in a few hours - same day service! John was courteous and professional, and got things done in a timely manner. They were referred to us from somebody who just had used them recently - and gave them high marks, as well.
I can’t say enough good things about John and Becky at graywater plumbing. I called them with an urgent issue my hot water heater stopped working at our rental and I had several tenants that were very upset! They made a special exception and came out the next morning early and got it fixed without having to replace the entire unit !!!!! save me a lot of money!

I am soooo behind in writing this review. I called Graywater 5 years ago, for the first time. My son had hit a hose bib on the side of the house and bent it and/or broke it. I can't remember. Jeremy came out (don't remember how I found Graywater), but it was the best decision. He gave me a quote for the job, not a well it could take this many hours and this is the rate per hour. I much prefer a price. Graywater has been out to our house a few more times since then, but not Jeremy....they have grown, which I am so happy to hear! I refer Graywater to my friends and neighbors ALL. THE. TIME. I literally just passed their info out prior to this review, hence why I am here typing this. So happy to hear of the growth in this small business. :)

I am extremely happy with this service! My sink had been spewing back sludge since Friday night and my regular plumber didn't show up. I called Graywater Plumbing on Monday morning, and despite the fact that he'd had a full day's work in a hot attic, he came out that evening at 7:00 p.m. Jeremy was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He immediately identified the problem, fixed it quickly, and even gave me a 90 day guarantee. Will definitely call them the next time I have a plumbing problem.

The Graywater Plumbing team recently completed some work at my house and did a fantastic job. They were very quick to get back with me on a price that was half the other quotes I received. In addition they were at my house when they said they would be and had the job completed ahead of schedule. Would use them again and will be recommending them to friends and family who have issues.

This is my second time using Graywater plumbing. First time was to install a new toilet, tub diverter spout and garbage disposal. Second time was to install a challenging dishwasher. John came out both times and was exceptional. They are highly responsive, professional and perform good quality work. I highly recommend them.

Be wary if you are a tenant and your landlord calls this company. They have visited our home multiple times, unable to solve the ongoing plumbing issues. While we appreciate they were very prompt in tending to our issues, that level of service changed completely when their diagnosis in person differed from the invoice. My boyfriend asked many questions while the plumber was in our home including what caused the soft block and the plumber could not answer. Only toilet paper came out of the drain and when asked if he could look down the drain he stated he didn't have a camera. No flushable wipes were ever flushed or discussed. What the plumber said to us in person was completely different than the diagnosis presented on the invoice. When I called for clarification, Rebekka was very disrespectful. A professional company does not claim that a supposed overheard phone call through an open window is the basis for their plumbing diagnosis, which was her only explanation. Although we did not hire them, they did enter our home and expected the level of professionalism reflected in their reviews. Unfortunately, they don't care about the people who live at the property they're servicing. Don't be fooled!
Stay away! The owner, Rebekka, is extremely rude and seems to be an expert in duplicity. Unprofessional in nature and completely uncaring. Despite the pandemic, the plumber entered our home without a mask or booties. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
I had called needing an emergency repair for a bar going into an extremely busy weekend and they were more than understanding and were there within twenty minutes.
This water heater installation is exposed to the living space and the work neatness and quality is exemplary. And the price was very good. Highly recommend Gray Water.

John arrived ahead of schedule to complete installation of our new master bath fixtures. Our previous plumber works primarily commercial and would only do work when a commercial client canceled. This was causing us weeks of delays. John is knowledgeable, professional and helped us work through an installation issue with the toilet we purchased. We could not be more pleased with the quality of his work and we are scheduling two more service calls to complete work to move a pipe to accomodate the particular toilet we purchased amd then complete the install.
We have two additional bathrooms to remodel and will definitely be calling Greywater to do all plumbing for those projects. We do not compromise on quality when it comes to electrical or plumbing. Plus, we felt the quote for the work was extremely reasonable.

This is the 3rd time I've used Greywater Plumbing and I 100% recommend them. They are family run, honest, on time and fair in their pricing. No crazy upselling, straight forward and a pleasure to work with. Jeremy has been the one to come out each time and I'm always confident he can fix the problem.
My boyfriend actually called another plumber 1st this most recent time (I appreciate him trying to take care of it, but it was a nightmare). After rescheduling, waiting forever, etc they still couldn't fix it and charged us anyways. Same job Greywater Plumbing fixed the next day and charged less than the others tried to get for fixing nothing. We definitely won't make the same mistake again. Always Greywater Plumbing.
