Very disappointed that part of the labor charge over and above the call out fee, included the owners son turning the water off and getting a part from the van. Oddly the person who answered the phone when I complained about the high labor charge, as I mentioned that I saw the time the plumber arrived and left on the ring camera said that there were two people on the job... will never use again it’s a very sneaky way of changing additional fees.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

First customer service is excellent. Second they are very accommodating and getting service quickly. In April the AC was out and I was told I needed a toggle switch that would take time to get in. Installed May 27. I was out of town for summer and paid cc over phone. Neighbor checked week later AC out. This happened 4 times each time something different. Each time neighbor came and called said AC out. Finally they got it right and I was told original toggle install wired incorrectly. Wasn't going to write a review as many good experiences over the years. The kicker was it is now August and got email saying I owe more money for original incorrect installation.

I can't recommend Romo's plumbing enough. We have called Romo on a few occasions since we moved to Clearwater about 2.5 years ago, and his service has always been professional, friendly, and prompt. We recently had to replace our hot water heater and he worked the schedule around to get us in ASAP (thank you, Angie!). The crew he sent out were friendly and respectful of my home and my time. I love that they show you/teach you some plumbing basics throughout their services so you can troubleshoot minor things along the way as well. This is a great family-run business to spend your money with!

Dawson was prompt, polite and professional. He was quite knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Our AC was repaired completely and accurately. We have requested that he be listed as our preferred technician.

Super quick response to my emergency leak, arrived at 1030 pm in 30 mins. I was initially worried about the high phone estimate but the plumber reduced the price appropriately based on the actual work that was done. I will always use this company and highly recommend it from my great experience.

Another reviewer had the same bad experience as we did. Florida Gas and Plumbing jacked me around for over a month promising to follow-up.

Company was referred by Clearwater Gas to relocate some ventilation and gas connections to connect a new range. Estimator Rick came to the house, reviewed the job in detail and we had a game plan for the work. I had emphasized that we were more interested in getting job done right than right away and that we would coordinate in any way to schedule work when appropriate workers were available.

Rick promised to forward an estimate and that I could expect a call from their scheduler in a day or two. Several days passed, and I contacted their scheduler to follow-up. She told me that Rick had gotten busy and didn't put the estimate together yet. She would contact him and have something for me soon.

A week went by and I contacted them again. Same response; Rick is buried and we'll forward something soon. All I was looking for was an estimate and scope of work. When Rick was at our home, there were no unanswered questions or issues. He had even given me a 'ballpark' to expect but promised to provide an estimate.

This repeated several times over the next few weeks to the point that I asked the scheduler if there was some problem. She claimed it was just a busy period and Rick would have something.

Today, I called and asked the scheduler if I could speak to Rick in order to understand what was taking so long. She assured me that he was on the phone in the same office and would call me back as soon as he completed his call. That was several hours ago.

This entire episode has now lasted a month. And there is no explanation regarding why I can't get my relatively modest job done by the provider recommended by Clearwater Gas.

To add insult to injury, the company replied to this review below and affirmed everything except the dozen or so phone calls that were answered by their scheduler and un-responded to by the estimator as promised repeatedly. Then the company lies and says that the estimate was ready and the job scheduled. Simply not true.

Unless you have an appetite for delay and mis-representation, I would avoid Florida Gas and Plumbing Inc.

ABC, as advertised, has always been speedy, professional, and expert at what they do. They are true life savers and I appreciate the top-notch service!

Your phone person was very rude. She did not look up an invoice from 2017 (repair) to assist me in identifying the size & date of water heater since my copy was faded. She had no conern that I needed a plumber, a new water heater and a repipe job. This company apparently has enough business and they didn't want mine. Perhaps they may only work with customers who don't have questions; however, I don't spend $$ with people who are unwilling to assist in the emergency of ankle deep water. What a nasty unhappy sounding women and she was the representation of this business. I found a plumbing company that was professional because Rooter Man is more like Ruder Woman. Wowza

I've worked with Caesar and his guys now for over a year on multiple projects and occasions. Consistently gets it done and with a smile. Hard to find good trustworthy contractors like Miracle! Highly recommended.
