Took over 4 hrs to arrive. Was told 2 hrs initially. Had to call for updates on time arrival. Edward arrived and did a great job snaking 50 feet of pipe to resolve the backup problem and checked all the drains and toilets to be sure they were draining properly. The cost for service was VERY expensive and way over priced for 20 minutes of work. Note to management: Don't over charge customers for service.

Our shower was backed up and would not drain. The Roto Rooter guys came out and were very courteous and efficient. They quickly cleared the drain and even cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the service they provided, and would surely recommend Roto Rooter to my friends and family.

David and Muka did a wonderful job and provided service far and beyond what we normally see in our area. Great job - friendly and informative service. Our line is cast iron and needs to be jet pressure cleaned and ground out smooth which the camera shows. This is expensive but so is having a plumber come out each time and unplugging the whole half of the house. Looks like the big job next and then we are good to go - thanks Roto-Rooter plumbing for job well done. Saving up our pennies for the big job next and we will call Roto- Rooter for the job. Line cleaning and a plumber all in one - not a bad deal.
The technicians , Arlind and Roland that fixed our Tankless water issues were professional and courteous..They went out of they way to ASSURE us that they would fix our issues. We had a hose bib break randomly and needed someone to come out ASAP since we didn’t have any water in the house. I called Roto-Rooter and Roland came out within half an hour of my initial call. He was very professional and thorough. He also noticed that our main water valve was leaking and replaced that at the same time for us. I would highly recommend Roland’s service. We have used Roto-Rooter a couple times now and they are always fast, thorough and fix it right.

Dawn, regional manager came out as soon as possible in fact we spent most of the day together, she worked very hard to see if she could solve the problem before Keli and Sam was able to get here. They were very professional and pleasant. They made a stressful situation a lot better. They answered all my questions and even gave me some helpful tips. I would definitely recommend RotoRooter if you have a plumbing issue.👍🏻
My sewage line was blocked and it was one that I couldn't take care of myself. Roto-rooter sent out a technician quickly. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would use this service again if needed.

I had already noticed that main sewage line was clogged under guest bathroom, called them up having a major problem with the main sewage line being clogged. They give a free estimate, so no paying until they give you a price, and you decide to continue. If not they leave without pay, no inspection charge. Operator said to expect someone in 2 hours to call, which they called within 3 minutes, and plumber showed up after 30 minutes. Great friendly service guy, name was Jason, he unclogged the main line and got the toilet reset and back in the right way. Had a set price for the cost of job upfront, also had another service specialist coming out to inspect inside the line with camera to ensure everything was, and still is correct down there. Also comes with a 6 month no clog guarantee With the price given upfront. Is a great company to call.

Very happy with the service provided by the tech who came out to fix my sewer lines.
Drini Cenko was very knowledgeable and efficient at getting my main line unclogged. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the price. There are other companies that charge half of what they charged me. However the other companies I have called also put holes in the PVC pipes when snaking out the cloggs. So I didn't need to repair the pipes after Drini's service was completed. Which in the long run ended up being cheeper. The other companies also required me to sign a release before working that they would not be responsible for damage caused by the snaking. Overall a 5 star service but the price really stung.

I was very impressed with Roto Rooter in several areas. First, I was able to make a next day appointment for a non urgent renovation project. We wanted to replace the existing shower faucet and fascia(original from the 50s). We had Mike for our service who walked me through what needed to be done and offered a very reasonable price for the amount of work(there was thick original tile mudding that needed to be cut through and because of location it had to be accessed from the shower side). He was able to do the job the same day, to my surprise, and we now have a nice brand new delta system. Then a few weeks later we had a backup in the kitchen sink and the garbage disposal went out. Mike was able to come out same day and snake the drain and put in a new garbage disposal. I would definitely bring Mike back to work on our house and will use roto rooter whenever we need a good plumber.
My plumbing technicians were Scott Bowers and his trainee, Joe, who were both very polite and efficient workers who made me feel informed and reassured about my clogged toilet. They were in and out in about 15 minutes, which was surprisingly speedy, and I was charged about 250 for their services. In my opinion, this was well worth the money for their efficiency, professionalism, and timeliness. I walked away feeling informed about what had caused my toilet to clog and how I could prevent it from doing so in the future, and with the relief of not having to worry about that incident anymore. Thanks again for your help, and I would highly reccomend your services to anyone.

Roto-rooter came through on a weekend when everyone else wanted me to wait until Monday. I was stuck unable to use any water in the house without it being up into the downstairs. They have me a 2 hour window and delivered on that. Raif was super informative and very transparent with what needed to be done and with every step along the way. He was also very good with showing what my issue caused by and with explaining how I could mitigate future issues from best case thru worst case measures. It never felt like I was being taken advantage of. There is a premium for weekend emergencies, so it wasn't inexpensive, but I expected it going in.
Toilet not seated correctly. It wobbled. Called Raif. He got me scheduled and taken care in no time. I can count on him to get things done right. Thank you Raif.

We’ve owned our home for 20 years and have had no plumbing issues. So when we discovered a clog in our system it was distressing.They came within two hours of being called. Technician Keli was professional and responsive. After reviewing the issues, everything was resolved in five minutes from outside the home. He also gave us advice for maintenance to reassure us. Definitely will keep them as a great contact.
The service was ok but the price was way too high, $467 for simple drain problem that took less than 30 minutes sounds too ridiculous. We could have sent the technician back but was too nice to say no when he already came to our house. Will not hire them again.

My issue was on a Saturday, so when I called I got linked up with their call center, the woman I worked with was helpful and was able to get me scheduled that same day. She told me it would be a two hour window, and that I would receive a text letting me know when the tech would be on their way to me.Two hours went by and I got a call from Roto-Rooter letting me know that the technician was running late and they would contact me again when he completed his previous call. This I thought was great! Most companies just let you hang until you get frustrated enough to call them and complain.Sure enough after about an hour the call center called me back and confirmed the technician just finished and that he would be to me within the hour.Glen, the technician showed up on time and was extremely professional and customer facing. We walked through the issue we were having and he confirmed that it most likely was a city seer blockage. He located the outlet and successfully cleared the blockage. He then took the time to help and make sure the drains In the house we’re draining properly before having me sign off and pay.Overall my experience was fantastic and I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone.

The handle for the shower broke completely off. The water was running nonstop. We had to shut the water off for the entire house. We originally logged a ticket with our warranty company who were not so helpful. That was a complete disaster. We then called plumbers based on recommendations of neighbors and friends. While all that answered were polite, none were available for a few days. Finally we called Roto Rooters. They gave us a turn around time of 4 hours. They showed up within a hour. The entire job took about a hour. They were in and out, completed the job, was very polite and communicated every detailed. They also let us know that it came with a year’s warranty. The invoice was super reasonable and didn’t contain any unnecessary fees such as diagnostic fees etc. For certain these are the people to call for any plumbing needs!! Anyone that can show up at a moments notice, provide great communication, excellent customer service, get the job done, in a timely manner for a reasonable cost in today’s world is a definite YES for me!

I went online to set up an appointment around 5:00 in the evening. I was able to get a next day early morning appointment. The reservation system was very easy to use. They called the next morning to let me know someone was on the way. The plumber was courteous and very thorough. He did a fantastic job. The service experience itself was easily 5 star. However, sheesh, it was crazy expensive. That is the only thing preventing me from giving the entire service 5 stars.
An impressive show of professionalism and timeliness. Called with an emergency pipe burst on a Sunday. Thee operator was fast and courteous. She gave me immediate advice on what to do until the tech could arrive. The tech arrived within an hour of the call. My service provider Steven was extremely professional and responded with a genuine sense of urgency and care for my predicament. He explained to his supervisor over the phone my situation was an emergency and, even though my job needed an excavator, he would do his level best to work my issue. Steven was kind, professional, and attentive to the problem and worked diligently to find a solution. He had my pipes fixed and water running back into my house by evening. I would also indicate that the price he quoted for what he was going to have to do was more than fair. If the operator and Steve’s performance are representative of Roto-Rooter’s staff, you can bet I will be a repeat customer in the future.

Leak in wall and floor at main water connection. Irvin Found the leak after having to track it down by cutting through concrete wall. Not an easy job but he got it fixed!!!

I contacted their service department. They not only scheduled replacement of my tankless water heater and installation of a home water filtration system. They performed and complete both projects within 48 hours. Also, the person assigned to do the installation contacted me the same day. Sean explained the 3 types of water filtration systems available. He outlined the benefits and cost of each. He also asked me why I wanted to also replace my existing tankless water heater. I was sad that the kitchen sink wasn't fixed but it wasn't for lack on the technicians part t he did fix the shower and he did everything to fix the problem of my sink but it's beyond roto rooter bc it's an eternal issue and I didn't want to pay an exorbitant price for it but Roland the technician was so helpful went above and beyond to fix the kitchen sink if and when I do have a backed up problem I'll call roto rooter and ask for Roland such a helpful nice person it's of my opinion rota rooter is very fortunate to have Roland there he truly truly did everything he could to fix my sink as I stated he did 1problem and I'm thankful for that. if u live in Port Richey ask for Roland very helpful and pleasant man if u need roto rooter

I live in Seminole, Florida, and yesterday I called to have someone come out to provide a quote on replacing my electric water heater. The customer service representative informed me that a service rep would be out in the window between 2:00pm and 6:00PM. At 4:00PM I received a phone call informing me that there would not be a service rep coming out and asked if I would like to reschedule. I politely said no. Since moving to Florida, I have had trouble finding reliable, affordable, and honest help. Why would I go with a company that cannot even show up when they make the appointment. Dependability is a big deal to me.

I had a plumbing issue just a few hours before renters arrived to stay at my rental property. It was a Saturday morning. I had to call around, but Roto Rooter was the only company that could make it out within a couple hours and without a service fee and no extra weekend fees or after hours fees. I like the fact that they do not charge unless a job is corrected/job is repaired. I have never experience this type of service. The repair person was very professional and took the time to explain the situation.
Everything was top notch from this company. I had left a message the night before as we had a main drain backup. A very polite employee phoned ME at 8 am with an option of times for that day!! Mukaff was right on schedule and jumped into our problem explaining Everything as I always tag along. He needed a camera as the clog was further towards the street and called the supervisor Jacob with a camera. Together they viewed everything, discussed strategy, and cleared the clog. Jacob did explain what was causing the backup and exactly where it is on my property and gave a written estimate to be scheduled later. Meanwhile Mukaff was reseating the toilet (properly this time). I would use them again in a heartbeat. They offered even more advice on rental property and recommendations to buy the best products to avoid repairs ! Now what plumber does that? Thanks RotoRooter. As a nurse doinf Cardiac Caths, I understand the concepts and know just like your heart, you should not DIY complex plumbing issues.You get what you pay for!! Recommend 💯!!!

Service tech (Leonard S) arrived on time, and was courteous. Unclogged the sink drain much more quickly than expected. Only issue was that the cost was more than anticipated but I suppose the cost of everything has increased. Overall was a good choice and worth it.
I thought the guy was very nice and he did his work fast and efficiently. But I live in a mobile home and I had a clogged drain. And he wanted to charge me $500. I told him no he called his boss and they said the best he can do is $300. I was expecting every bit of 200. So I agreed to the 300. It literally took him nine minutes to do the whole job. I think it was very overpriced but other than that it was fine. The only reason I gave three stars was because I feel that the company overcharged for what they did.

I had been without hot water for three days, when I reached out to Roto-Rooter. I delayed the outreach initially thinking it might be something caused by the AC crew currently working at my house. Then I actually tried to find the problem myself. It turned out to be my need for a new tankless water heater which I had assumed as my neighbor and I originally got ours at the same time and he had already had to replace his. The phone interviewer was pleasant, offered me any time that day or even 24/7. Late in the day, Engineer Roland from Italy came. In spite of the late hour, he was pleasant and efficient and we discussed the merits of each model as I had already researched them. I went with his suggestion which was installed the next day, along with another Roland from Albania. The installation was done as promised with professionalism and caring. I will always use Roto-Rooter but only if they always send Roland.
We were very satisfied with the service. We got from the representatives from Roto-Rooter. They were efficient and they wor right on time. They were very honest and up front with our problem. Steve worked all day putting in a new clean-out for us. I would recommend your services to others!

Was supposed to have a 1pm sewer line video inspection on Saturday, 2/18 at 1pm. At 1:45 I called R-R and was told I’d get a call from “Logan” who was going to perform the inspection. Didn’t hear anything. Called back an hour later, and got transferred to “Dispatch” and told, “I’ll get a hold of Logan and have him call you…” An hour later, still nothing. Called again, got “Dispatch”, and was told, “I’m going to have Logan call you and if not him will have his manager call you…” Never heard back from anyone… So… there you have it. Maybe I’ll hear something from someone today, but I kind of doubt it- and not sure that I would use them again anyway if I do… Disappointing to have to make all those calls and get no response despite all the promises from 3 different employees…

Had to call a plumber yesterday because the shower was backing up when flushing the toilet. They were able to schedule me for the next day (today). They gave me a 4 hour window but I got a call from the office when they were on the way. Scott Bowers arrived at my house right on time and was very professional. He cleared the blockage and included a free camera of the line to see what the cause was. Customer Service and plumbing from roto rooter were great. There was an issue was the toilet in our house and they sent a plumber who initially didn’t work out. As result, they immediately and swiftly answered my complaint sooner than expected and had a new plumber at my place with in a few hours. I had a late night emergency with my main waterline to the house cracking and shooting water everywhere. I called two other companies prior and was basically talked out of having them show up. When Anthony Lopez Tech #3135 arrived he was friendly and very attentive to what needed to be done. Although he didn't have the parts at the time to complete the repair, he made sure that I was able to have running water before he left. My son and I moved 960 miles to the State of Florida unfortunately a shiesty untruthful seller sold me a home that has now been deemed unlivable. Rowland from Roto-Rooter came out immediately and was followed by John in the Restoration Team. They were amazing!!! I was so upset, stressed out and they are helping me through this entire process! I really recommend this company, especially in emergencies like what I'm going, through. I rate this company 5 Stars☆☆☆☆☆ They really have great people working for them. Immediately after the problem was diagnosed, the Restoration Team came with fans humidifiers and HEPA filters came to sanitize and dry up my home that I just purchased 15 days ago! All while we were still here in the home. THIS WAS ALL COMPLETED IN ONE EVENING! The response time was beyond belief!!! I called rotor rooter came to my home on 9/1/22 at 10am. I showed him the tub full of water & he goes to flush the toilet & says $550.00!!!! I said that is ridiculous & asked him to leave & he stands there & says, “How much you can pay, $300, $200, $100, I here to help you?”I almost took the $100 offer from him & a LOUD whisper said in my heart, “Tell him again to leave or call the police!”He finally LEFT. I called Rotor Rooter & told them they need to FIRE THIS BROKEN SOUL!!!!!!!WATCH OUT FOR MANY SHAMS BEING PULLED ON “ALL” HOME OWNERS!!

I contacted Roto Rooter today, a Sunday afternoon, around 3:30p with a backed up toilet issue. I was given a 4 hour window for a technician to arrive. I called Roto-Rooter because I had a very clogged kitchen sink. Omar (my service technician) was on time, professional and friendly, and was done in less than an hour. He took care of the sink, cleaned the area, and showed everything working. I’m very happy with the work that was performed. Even though it wasn’t a tedious or difficult job, nor was it cheap, I believe you get what you pay for and I’m happy. I would recommend Roto-Rooter for sure.

That the garbage disposal and pipes were good.They took ice and turned the garage disposal on that broke down grease build up. They could have lied and charged me so much money. Amazing experience and service - 10/10 would recommend Roto-Rooter and Scott for all plumbing needs! ✨We had a clogged drain that was causing a back up in both of our kitchen sinks. After calling Roto-Rooter and speaking with the lovely customer service rep she had someone out here within 2 hours.The service technician, Scott Bowers, came out and was very professional, timely and overall amazing. I moved into a new home and the kitchen sink was leaking. I called Roto-Rooter and there were professionals at my home within an hour. They quickly diagnosed the issue as the waste pipe under the sink which was inside of the wall and offered to fix it immediately! The technician, Muka, worked all day long and late into the evening to ensure that we could use the sink on the same night! He did an incredible job and we are extremely pleased with the quality, expediency and expertise Muka and Zack provided to us! We will be a return customer for any future plumbing needs!

Scott came out on Memorial Day to fix a backed-up sewage pipe and had the attitude and disposition as a visitor coming to hang out….very positive, upbeat, humorous, but professional all at the same time. The technician(Raif) was friendly and prompt. The reason why I leave only 2 stars is that the service was way too expensive. $550 for less than 30mn on a clogged drain.. And he intended to charge me $300 more to work on the 2nd shower drain that was not really clogged. I saw in an other review the same kind of experience and people getting huge discount after saying NO to the asked price (price dropped from $500 to $300 then..)

Yesterday we experienced a back up in our tub and poor drainage. Lots of gross stuff came up. After calling Roto Rooter 2 hrs later Kyle and Dan came out for maybe 20 mins and basically said everyting was fine. Was charged 140$.Today we encountered the same issue.Calling the company back we were promptly greeted by field Supervisor Scott McAuley and Service tech Scott Bowers.Both were excellent. Not only did they check and resolve the issue which was an old blockage but they were very informative in how we can prevent further issues.Thank you Bowers for being a great sport and getting the work done and to McAuley for stepping in to address the issue with Kyle and Dan just dismissing the issue and not even trying.Will definately be requesting Bowers for any future visits.Thank!

Great job done. Very professional. I was informed every step of the way and it was done in a timely manner. They had to replace a section of my main sewer line that connects to the city sewer. They also hydrojetted the rest of the pipes in the house.

I highly recommend Roto Rooter and Jared Evans specifically. Jared was on time (actually early in the window!) had on a mask, booties and gloves which made me feel comfortable in today's world. Repair Water heater leak. Good thing is they were available for same day service. However, they were more inclined to replace the whole unit even before they checked if there is a possibility for repair. First they said they need to replace the nipple( as it was called) on top and even purchased it. But they couldn’t open it and said we will have to replace the whole unit that cost us 7 times more. I felt that was very unfair to the customer. Will not use them as the first option at all.

I woke up to a shower that was slow to drain, and when I the toilet flushed, it was backing up into the shower. My house is 60+ years old and has cast iron drain lines, and knew that was probably the issue. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent Scott out within 45 minutes. He was very professional and was able to clean my lines as best as could be done with the equipment he had. The line was then scoped, and needs to be fully scraped because of the scaling occurring on the j side of the pipe. I just can’t thank them enough for getting out so quickly and getting the drain cleared!

Aldo came and fixed my kitchen sink. He had to take all the pipes apart and snake the drain. My sink is working and he did it very fast.

I called Roto Rooter to request the services of unclogging a partially clogged/ slow draining kitchen sink drain and also to repair my water softener that was not draining and water filling up the whole salt tank causing very low water pressure. When I called Roto Rooter, I specifically asked if they repair water softeners and they said yes. When the tech arrived he told me he can snake the sink line through the pipe under the sink. But he then told me that he can’t repair the water softener because he has no knowledge or training on how to do so! I told him that I was told on the phone that they could repair water softeners and that is why I hired them to come out. Also when I called Roto Rooter on the phone , they say that they can’t give an Ave price range of what the cost would be to snake a sink drain. The tech has to tell me.So not too happy at this point , I told the tech to quote me snaking on the sink drain and he said it would cost $500.00 !! I was shocked. I would have declined the service , but I was on time sensitive situation because it was 9/26/22 and was the day before a possible evacuation from the horrible hurricane Ian that just tore though Florida. Not sure if we would be staying yet and needed our sink cleared. We live on the barrier islands off the Pinellas County Gulf Coast of Florida West of Tamp and were due a direct hit. So I unhappily agreed to the ridiculously high price to clear a sink drain that took only about 10-15 mins. The tech did a good job and was very nice , but I feel that Ave price ranges and being very clear on what services they can do and send techs out that can do the services is something that Roto Rooter needs to improve on.

They’re having sewer line camera brought out to house to make sure that there are no issues with tree roots & due to past problems with them. Our plumber, Mike, was very informative on the issue of our toilet and had got the job done in no time (under hour or less). Plus they have coupons to help save money on their services as well.

I had called RR this morning with a complaint about a previous job performed. Scott and Joe came to my home today prepared for this job. There was leak of some kind and toilet didn't sit well. Toilet was shaking so bad. Scott found the trouble and went above and beyond to repair it. Mike, the previous person did a shabby job. He put cardboard shims instead of plastic and thought it was OK. I had him install a complete toilet if we'll close to 1000 dollars. So if Mike can't do his job correctly and with pride he should find a job elsewhere. Also my toilet should of come with a toilet seat, that I never received. He put my old one back on. But honestly I will not deal with anyone else but Scott or Joe. This company came out for leak detection and plumbing fix for my mom. The plumber's name was Raif and he was exceptional with his work. He found theleak, showed us the bad pipe, and repatched the wall beautifully. It may be more expense than a local plumber however the work is done professionally which is worth it. I would highly recommend Raif and Roto Rooter!

Had a toilet leak which flooded our clinic bathroom (twice). That's when Raif showed up. What was suppose to be a quick toilet fix turned into him inspecting the entire building and outside! He diagnosed a major issue that was causing the problems with the toilet. He waited at the clinic until the city arrived to clear out the pipes/sewer. A week later he came back to replace some parts on our toilet. He made room for us in his busy schedule and came within 24, hrs of our request AND searched everywhere for the specific part we needed as they were out of stock alot of places he went! Raif was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I recommend 100%. Thanks Raif!!!!

Excellent customer service provided by Steve Bowers. Had a object lodged in the toilet and Steve was able to get it out in under 60 seconds and proceeded to clean the area up with disinfectant and even asked if we wanted him to use our own cleaning products. Highly recommend requesting Steve.

We called Rotor Rooter at 10pm and scheduled a visit for the next day, we were provided a two hour window that was met. All the phone staff I dealt with were pleasant, respectful, and informative. Elvis, our technician was top notch! He was thorough, neat, and took the time to explain the work. We had called for a clogged kitchen sink and while he was here I asked about the bathtub, he graciously did additional work and gave me a 20% discount for the second job. Pricing is all inclusive, no surprises.I know who I will be calling for all my plumbing needs! Elvis has left the building, did a great job, and I have drains that drain!!!!!

Main pipe leaving the house was clogged. Toilets/showers/tubs not flowing at all. Full stoppage.Raif showed up early, worked hard and fast. He was excellent and polite. Only reason I can’t give a perfect score is I found it to be a touch expensive and when I called last night they didn’t have a technician available to come out. He was here before 8am tho so that’s worth something.

Unfortunately I feel as though the prices here are extremely inflated. A clean out “was not found” by two employees and caused me to spend much more than necessary.I was also quoted for a pipe replacement at $18,000, of which two other plumbers explained it was not necessary. Even if the replacement was necessary, both quotes were under $5000. I assume because this is a corporate business, the prices are jacked up, however seems extremely unfair to charge people this amount of money and also not be thorough with their work.

I wasn’t thrilled that I was charged truck time due to the tech did not have the needed part but at the same time this was the original tub diverter from when the house was built in 1995 and given they did have to remove and replace the entire shower assembly its all good. Also, specifically about the Roto Rooter call center I asked them to send a tech to do a leak sourcing and provide a “plumbers report” (term my homeowners insurance adjuster used) which the rep advised Roto Rooter does not do yet it lists “find & repair leak” here Which one would think it’s a standard repair that a plumbing service would offer. Overall, they were quick to come out and get the repairs done for me so I will use them again in the future if needed.

Ken came out and diagnosed why we had low water pressure in some places and no water pressure in other places in our house. He collected some additional information from me, and then went through a series of steps to figure out what was causing the issue. We've used Roto-Rooter multiple times, and they always offered a fair price and do great work.
This is my second experience with Roto-Rooter. On both occasions it was a night time call to which they responded immediately. They cleaned up after they were finished with the work, and, on both occasions, were very very professional.
Raif was awesome! He actually fixed the toilet rather than just suggesting a new toilet like the last plumber said. Great job!
I had about 4 service men come help me with my plumbing situation. Elvis, Brian, Ted and Steven were all great. They all worked through the night and made sure the problem was fixed in a timely manner. The process took about 3 days but it felt like it was only one. Very quick and very professional.

Let me start off with, Professional being an understatement! Jason went above and beyond to clear the blockage between my sink and tub. Jason showed up within 30mins of my initial call for service. Jason was super friendly and personable about the situation. Jason inspected the problem, quoted me the price and went right to work without hesitation. In May 2021 we had a sewer back up. I am a plumber and I was out of town. My wife was in a panic as she could not get a hold of me. She reached out to our local Roto-Rooter. They arrived and cleared the stoppage. Technician was very clean and knowledgeable. Initially we had a miscommunication problem and I left a one star review. However, I am changing it to a 5 star because of the way the issue was handled once management became aware. The service was great as was management.

The fact is when a sewer/drain line needs replacement, it is never a ‘planned’ event. And on top of emotions running high, its going to be expensive. No matter where you go to get it fixed. So, what is the advantage of Roto-Rooter? Ease of the process and quality work. These guys showed up same day! And, while our first intention was to just unclog whatever was obstructing flow, once it was determined that we had ourselves a real line replacement situation things just got rolling even quicker. Everything was done in steps, there wasn’t a rush to get me to a place where I felt rushed or taken advantage of in a situation like this. They used high tech gear to determine what the situation was and then discussed with me the entire timeline, my options and role in it. This is not my first rodeo with this type of repair and while in the process of renovating a home, these things do materialize. What I really liked here was that I had minimal responsibility to be involved. Where necessary I was informed with clear instructions and requests, otherwise, this team just did their job. Permits, pre-work, scheduling, digging/repair, county inspections, and job site cleanup all handled smoothly. We ran into the obstruction Thursday AM. I had to leave on a trip, leaving my wife with job site management, she had no problems and they had our water back on by Friday afternoon. And this is real construction! She did not have to vacate our property over the weekend. Monday AM, our job site supervisor showed up and waited for the county inspector. Once that was completed, they immediately went to work filling the trench, returning any landscaping to its rightful spot and patching the driveway. All in, all done! When an event like this appears in your life, your goal is to get it repaired and move on. This team can do it for you and you will live to tell the story.

They were very thorough and professional, made sure it was done correctly, and cleaned up their mess when they were done
Scott Bowers was wonderful. He explained everything he was going to do as well as the cost up front. After clearing the shower drain, he ran the water to verify that the clog was gone and that the water was properly draining. He thoroughly cleaned up the work area. It was a pleasure having Scott as the tech working in my home.

Muka came out when we called Roto Rooter due to a clog in our piping that affected the entire house. He was extremely professional and informative. Thanks to his due diligence he was able to determine that the clog originated from roots located in the joints of the county' s clay piping leading up to the house. If there were 10 stars I would give that for Muka of Roto Rooter who took care of our clogged drain. Awesome, polite and very professional. I would always use Roto Rooted and ask for Muka.
Scott bowers cleaned, Roto Rooted our main sewer line. Did a very professional job and got the clogs removed.
We called and he was here before expected!
