I had Patrick come out and take care of a waterline leak, I also had a competitor come out with a bid as well. Let's just say no comparison, Salemme/Patrick was not only on time but professional. Told me what he was going to do and after completed went out of his way to ensure the area that he repaired was as good if not better than it looked when he started. If anyone is looking for a highly responsive, detailed and professional plumbing company here is your company. We have found our plumbing company while we live in St. Pete. Thanks Salemme/Patrick!!

My garbage disposal went out rendering my kitchen sink useless and Salemme Pluming was able to come out within 5 hours of me calling. Tony had it fixed in no time for a reasonable price. Will definitely be calling them again should I need anything else!

I knew he was the guy to reach out to over the weekend when a water heater problem started happening. He was quick to reply to my inquiry with his thoughts and within 48 hours Kyle was at my house to take a look at my water heater. Kyle was able to quickly determine the water heater needed to be replaced and was thorough in explaining why as well as explaining the product to me. Kyle was also able to determine the water heater was still under warranty and was able to get it replaced and install the new water heater within the same day to get my family back up and running with hot water! Kyle was on time, honest, professional, and a nice guy! Thank you!

We had a toilet that was constantly running. The service person, Kyle, came and quickly analyzed the problem and then promptly fixed it. He was on time and was most pleasant. He was able to give me an estimate before work began. I would certainly use them again.

We have used Salemme Plumbing for a few years and love them! Their service and employees are always professional and respectful of our time. We will continue to use them for years to come!

Do not use this place. First of all they dug up the wrong pipe making a mess of my pavers. Second they quoted me to do the work, did it, then said it needs another $2000 of work when everything was supposed to be fine. After that I found someone else and they warned the realtor that was buying my house to watch out for my work. I am not even doing the work. I hired someone else because I do not trust them.

Tony came today and was 5 Star but I've called Salemme out to my house no less than for 5 different jobs (water heater install, backed up sink drain, install kitchen faucet, rebuild bathroom sink drain, replace my main water shut off valves, etc). Every time they have been super fast getting to my job (literally the same day or next day), professional and very clear on pricing and approval of the job and cost before they begin work. They are my go to plumber in the area and never hesitate to call when I a need a plumber. All the guys (no lady plumbers yet!) have been super nice, clean and get the job done right. I've even had work done when I am hundreds of miles away and they let themselves in, call me to discuss the project and get approval on the pricing and get the job done right. You guys are the best! I will always call you first.

Contacted Salemme for a faucet repair at my office building and they were right out within a couple of hours even though they were busy. Thank you Andrea for fitting us in and thank you Patrick for a great job replacing our faucet!

Requested their service for plumbing inspection with extra service « camera inspection «  : the whole result being a joke. No camera recording proving the job has been done, 450$ charged though. And the worse part being : first step in the house, I flushed the toilet and got to find a leak absolutely everywhere, with main line being completely clogged.
Lier and unresponsive to all my requests upon that events. Please save your money and choice one of other many reliable plumbing company in the area

We had a café that was having some odor issues that we literally could not track down. Tom came out did his initial assessment and was not able to find anything, and then decided to come out on his own time in the evening to do further analysis, which to me was completely above and beyond you don’t see people doing that kind of stuff these days. After doing so he was able to determine that the entire Plaza we were in has a sewage issue and the city is now going to be coming out to run cameras to determine the extent. This odor was so bad that we literally had customers leaving. Thanks to Tom and Salemme plumbing we now have a solution in place! I would highly recommend them as I have used them on several other jobs and they have always performed flawlessly and on time.

Can't say enough great things about Salemme Plumbing. My water wasn't getting hot and I was concerned because I didn't want to be without hot water over the weekend. I called them after being referred by a friend. Matt, the owner, came right out to assess the situation on a Friday and was able to get a technician in with a new hot water heater by Friday afternoon. Aaron B. was great! Best plumber I've ever used in Florida.

We were having a panic attack after learning our pool installers had hit our main sewer line during the installation process. Although the pool company had temporarily bridged the pipe, we needed a permanent fix and fast. Matt came over; analyzed the situation; devised a plan/solution; and quoted a fair price.

Within the hour on that same day, Matt had Spencer at our house solving the problem. Spencer was professional; efficient; and the kind of person I think we all wished we had working for us. The problem was resolved within two days and they left the work area much better than they found it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has any type of plumbing issue.

Aarron and Tyler were professional, knowledgeable and all around good humans. Aarron did not hesitate to get into the crawl space as previous plumbers have. He diagnosed the problem right away and even made friends with my gaurd dog. 😁

I contacted Salemme about an issue at my in-laws home. They had previously received a quote for $5,000 for major plumbing repairs so I wanted a second opinion. Spencer and Devin from Salemme arrived on time and after investigating the area of concern under the house determined that there was in fact no issue in that area nor any need for thousands of dollars of work to be done. They then investigated the house and within about 20 minutes found the real issue, accessed the plumbing through the wall and made the repair. The total cost was a fraction of what the other company was going to charge. Both Spencer and Devin were both knowledgeable, professional and polite and very nice. They explained everything they were doing, showed me what the issues were and cleaned up everything after they completed the work. I will absolutely call Salemme again whenever I have a plumbing issue and I would highly recommend them.

With the plumbing tech on-site the cost went from $169 to replace a drain assembly to $331 when the P trap needed to be replaced as well. A P trap kit is <$10 from the big box store. Company is unwilling to provide an estimate on the phone for simple tasks such as replacing a P trap or drain assembly and my poor experience is the outcome of that. My dad’s toilets were backing up, needed a new kitchen sink faucet, water was coming up in the showers. He isn’t so handy these days and needs a lot of help with this stuff. I’m definitely not handy either and was very hesitant on calling a company out as I didn’t want them to take advantage of that.

I called Salemme Plumbing and am beyond grateful for them. They were professional, explained everything to us every step of the way, very friendly, and did everything we needed with no problem. We will be reaching out again with any future plumbing needs ☺️

Although they originally said they'd be here Wednesday, and then Friday between 12 and 2, they finally arrived at 345 Friday. The friendly plumber, Spencer, determined we needed a new HWH. It was approaching quitting time on a Friday but he was thoughtful and considerate enough to assure me he'd fix our problem before leaving, which he did. I would recommend Salemme Plumbing.

Salemme plumbing came today to replace our water softener, at least that’s what I thought was needed. The plumber that came, Spencer Kelly, determined that it didn’t need to be replaced. He was able to repair it. While he was here, I also had him replace a shower handle and check another issue. Spencer was so nice, professional and competent. Almost unheard of nowadays. I highly recommend Salemme and in particular Spencer!!!

Team redid our kitchen. Moved pipes from wall to island, installed new main drain and updated venting. We have a tight crawl space.. no complaints, they got it done.

The driver with the Florida license HBUR92 is an absolute maniac while driving the company car on the highway almost causing numerous accidents.. I would never use this company since how the driver is reckless giving a bad impression on the company in general with the type of people it employs

Over Memorial weekend we ran into an important plumbing issue, and when liquid plumber didn't work, we figured we should call an actual plumber.

Our landlords rely on great professionals for all repairs and had in fact provided us with Salemme Plumbing's number for plumbing related issues.

Matt Salemme could not have been more responsive and had Spencer dispatched to our home right away.

Spencer is cordial, knowledgeable, phlegmatic and with his manners he brings the element of elegance to plumbing, which is unexpected.
Indefatigable worker, always had a smile on his face while figuratively and literally plowing through a cyclopic job. And when sided by team mates Kenny and Mike, the team spirit was evident and telling.

In a multi-pet household as ours is, there are rules to be follow and attention to be payed. Spencer has acquired them all and implemented each and every one of them as incessantly as he carries out his work. At all times he was able to make us feel the pets were safe and this is a huge deal for us. I have had instances where the worker will just ask to keep the pets locked up, but this was a five days job: if you have pet, you know you might as well multiply that by seven stress-wise!

Spencer has kept us informed step by step as to what was taking place and what to expect and made our well being and comfort as important as completing the job itself.

Although we were disappointed that what was turning out to be the coolest backyard lazy river in Saint Pete was filled in, we want to thank Matt Salemme and his team for the excellent service! And a special thank you to Spencer Kelly.

The owner, Matt answered his cell phone promptly when I called. The office staff was very professional. Spencer Kelly was dispatched the same day I called. I had a major back up in my bathrooms. Spencer was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about plumbing. It took him 2 days to complete the very complex job. The first day it was in the afternoon before he could get to home. I live in an old home with no upgrades. Spencer knew exactly how to fix the issues. He explained everything to me in language I could easily understand. His clean up was excellent! Great company and employees!!!

In addition to my earlier review (now below) we hired Salemme Plumbing to do a major job in our condo building retrofitting shutoff valves in each unit as well as the building proper. The water to the building had to be shut off and drained.
Matt came out two days beforehand to check the facility as well as a brief stop in each unit to make sure they had the proper equipment and materials to expedite the job when it was to be done.
They came promptly. Mark and Spencer where efficient, professional, and courteous as they went from unit to unit. And they subsequently checked each unit three times after the entire job was completed.
Making sure to clean up every floor, they left the building even better than they found it.

I’ve worked with Salemme plumbing a couple times now for repairs and also for my kitchen remodel. They are not the cheapest quote around, but the work is quality and the stand by the results. Robert did a great job installing the drain, faucet and under cabinet water filtration system in my newly remodeled kitchen. He was professional and even called around to find and pick up the right color drain/strainer to match my faucet because I had forgotten to order them with my double sink (oops!). I also appreciate Matt calling me back when I leave messages and their scheduling app that lets me know when the plumber in en route to my house. I’m keeping Salemme Plumbing in my contacts for sure!

Aaron did a great job, hydro jetting my 50 year old sewer pipes. Cleaned out all the scale and installed a clean out for future use. I appreciate his hard work.
